I feel the salesman should have asked me if I needed a cable for the TV to hook up to the cable box. I needed to make a second trip to purchase the adapter/cable.

This TV fit perfectly in my wall unit. The TV can be watched from anywhere you are sitting. We have always bought Samsung producte and have always been happy.

I had purchased an identical model but several years ago that had some issues but I still liked the product. I am using it exclusive for wifi streaming and so far so good.

It started cutting out of a second or two and progressively got worse until I finally had to return it. I got a new version.

Without warning, my CNBC, Youtube, and Amazon TV has stopped working. Only NetFlix works.. it was only reason I paid a little extra for 'latest' SamSung TV. Chatted with online helpers, but took a long time to troubleshoot. Did not offer anyways I can check myself..

I am always pleased and completely satisfied with Samsung products and the customer service at Best Buy.................. they are always so knowledgeable and helpful.

This was an in store purchase for the TV I ordered the screen was broken. I took this one since I needed it ASAP for the RV..glad I did ...great TV. I would recommend it.

I purchased this tv to use as a computer monitor since it cost almost as much as a monitor with the same specs plus I get the ability to connect it to my cable box.

Good value for the money compared to other products

I love it. everyone in the family does. Streams well w/network connection. My son, an avid gamer, raves about the graphics. He saw a huge difference!

The only problem I have right now is coordinating the TV clicker with the Time Warner control. Right now i have to turn on the TV with the Samsung control and then turn on the cable with the other.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with it. However, I am using multiple inputs and switching between them is sometimes cumbersome. The electronic switching does not respond as fast as my old Sony TV did.

I don't think my Internet is strong enough for tv.

We have two of these televisions. One is used for casting from our devices and works great. The other is used as a computer monitor and performs great as well.

Best Buy is my go to retailer, to be shown the best & latest new items....sales people are so educated on the items..... for me it is one stop shopping

Samsung is a great quality TV. I have a total now of three Samsung TV’s in our house. They are all still working great with no problems.

I purchased this TV for use in my bedroom. it has worked great as I stream movies from both Net Flix and Amazon. I have cable but this TV is not connect to a receiver box but it is still able to broadcast the stations that I want to watch.

product and quality of product is excellent--all of my electronic and media products are bought at best buy--knowledge the staff has helps in the decision making.

We got this Tv for our master bathroom - i hope i can come back next year and you let you know how it deals with humidity! so far so good - love all of the apps!

Great little smart tv met my needs and more. Needed for Netflix, built in features accessed all my services plus internet browsing. Very pleased with price.
