Nice picture clarity but sound volume weak.

Not what I expected

Apparently it doesn't detect the connection. Sometimes the volume seems to be on mute and the only way to hear something is turning the TV off and on.

TV is poor quality x 100

Was told by Samsung need to drive 1 hr to repair shop to drop off and 1 hr back to pick up. Spent hr on phone being told if less than 42 inch need to bring to shop. Waiting to see if best buy will let me return to store. Have watched tv maybe 6 times.
