Ive been calling best buy about this but I guess nobody can help me with this. the other lady told me she made anote about this but i dont they adjusted the price in any way.. im so frustrated

what happened :(
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this TV on Cyber Monday and as soon we got it we began to set up as the set-up guide specify, but we noticed that the image isn't sharp, the texts looks like blurry and the screen is lightly dark. We have a Sony 19'' that the image is sharper and clear than this one. We are considering return it.
