It is a little dark but I have no other complaints about product

I had a little trouble with set up. But I am not a techie either.

With limited space, we had to choose a 32" TV. We chose the Samsung based on prior positive experiences, but this one isn't so terrific. No matter how we adjust the display controls, the images aren't as sharp or vivid or bright as we enjoyed on our old TV. It's a bit dull, actually,.

Good tv all the bells and whistles but the picture was always too dark. Called Samsung customer service to See if they could help me with this problem but by the time they called me back two days later! I had already returned the TV and bought a 32 inch Roku TV

I was in the market to replace my 7 year old 32" 720P LCD with a Samsung Smart TV for our bedroom. This TV fit the bill. This is my fifth Samsung TV. I still own one of their first plasmas and the excellent F8500. The sound is very good for a flat panel TV in a bedroom. The picture is nice but won't win any awards for deep blacks. The main reason I made the upgrade was for the Smart features. Being familiar with Samsung I knew what to expect. This TV is snappy when moving around Netflix, Amazon and Plex. All the major apps and specialty apps are available. I have all my devices hard wired but didn't have that option for this TV being on the second floor. As another reviewer mentioned, give the wifi about 20-30 seconds to connect and your golden. I've had no issues since doing this trick. Note: my router is located directly below so your mileage may vary. One nice surprise was the Bluetooth feature on this TV. Lower model Samsungs of this size require adapters to use Bluetooth headphones but not this one! My Sony and Creative Labs headphones paired easily. This feature is awesome for late night TV watching when you don't want to disturb others. This made it totally worth the extra money. All in all I would recommend this TV to anyone who wants a solid TV with a very nice picture, sound and Smart apps. If you want the best picture available, then you'll need to jump up to the more expensive models.

I bought the wrong mode l number, which has J in it meaning it was 2015 model not 2017, which is M. I ended up returning it and buying a much higher 40" 7 series model for $650 from Amazon, instead of $299 for J model. BB did not have the M model, which just came out.
