Mediocre TV, but it fit in the cabinet

We chose the Samsung based on prior positive experiences, but this one isn't so terrific. No matter how we adjust the display controls, the images aren't as sharp or vivid or bright as we enjoyed on our old TV. It's a bit dull, actually,.

Not worth the price

Called Samsung customer service to See if they could help me with this problem but by the time they called me back two days later! I had already returned the TV and bought a 32 inch Roku TV

J model is 2015, M model is 2017, so I returned it

I ended up returning it and buying a much higher 40" 7 series model for $650 from Amazon, instead of $299 for J model. BB did not have the M model, which just came out.
