It's a nice TV, but I am not wowed by it. Maybe I haven't messed around with it enough, but it is kind of complex. To get into the features that make it great one has to do a lot of reading of the users guide. It should be easier than that.

HATE IT WHEN THE TV IS SMARTER THAN I AM.....BOUGHT A DVD PLAYER, FIGURED IT WOULD BE SIMPLE ENUF, LIKE THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHEN YOU HOOKED THE DVD PLAYER TO THE TV AND READY TO GO.....NO WAY JOSE.....

I bought the tv as an open box. Remote did not come with it and there's a small ding on the screen. Luckily it's not too noticeable. I would've gave the tv 5 stars if it weren't for those two negative things. Next time I won't purchase an open box.

Poor quality from beginning. During 1 1/2 year required several resets to factory settings to reconnect to internet. Now has white vertical lines in picture on screen. Maybe it's just me, but expect TV to last more than 2 years.

Too little info provided with the computer. Lost on new advances, terms and . need more explanation so seniors can better understand how things interconnect. We didn't grow up using computers and don't adapt easily to the constant changes.

The TV looks great but the Netflix app sound cuts out. Called Samsung who cannot offer a way to fix the problem. I've tried everything from reinstalling the smart app to switching out the Dolby. Nothing works. Samsung doesn't deliver. Look elsewhere if you want to watch apps

The picture seems to be darker than normal. I have adjusted the lighting, color and other things to lighten the screen several times but I noticed it goes back to being darker.

I bought a Vizio and it works really well on my computer so I figured I'd buy the Samsung and try it but the graphics quality was not really great so I'm only going to give it three stars pretty decent TV though to watch movies on

This TV looked great, but when using the smart features (Netflix, Hulu Plus), the TV started crashing. I'd get a blank screen. Eventually, I couldn't even switch to local tv channels. I had to replace and bought a different brand.

Second 32” Samsung TV in past 2 years that has changed from colour to full on grayscale permanently in the first 3 weeks. Beautiful picture until then.

High quality Smart TV for small space. Picture quality is excellent. Very easy to set up for Internet and apps.

Brought tv for daughters dorm room.perfect size easy set up.only complaint is with the built in tv guide,not compatible with cable provider.after reading online sounds like it doesn't work with any cable provider.

Easy set up but it was very dark with little to no clarity. Had to return it

Manual is lacking instructions and you're basically on your own when trying to operate this TV. It takes several moves with the remote to get to where you need to be. Kinda a pain
