This television is adequate at best. The remote is very poor quality. Definately not the best smart tv or the best samsung has to offer. Ok for the guest bedroom where I put it.

Set up was very difficult. Instructions were in pictures, not words. Picture is not true to life. I'm getting very few channels. TV is difficult to relax with because of operating difficulty.

This Tuner in this TV for Over The Air Reception is not as sensitive as in my 55 Inch Dumb Toshiba. However we had Cable I would give this TV a much better rating

Very slow and faulty since the first day we bought it. Always exists apps. Not one day since we got it a month and a half ago did it work without causing problems.

I am very dissatisfied with the picture and sound quality. The TV I replaced is over 10 years old and has a much better picture and sound. I am not happy with this TV at all.

I got 2 these tv's 1st in Nov 2nd In Dec both died

I feel I should have looked at more samples of what was available. Obviously Samsung was being pushed since it was undergoing scrutiny and possible problems.

It is a very easy to use smart tv. The picture is unreal. The stainless look is nice and mellow. I thought it was going to look like my appliances, all bright and shinny, but it has a rich deep look and the stainless finish is not overwhelming, they made it perfect, mellow and it looks rich. Its nice the remote has lighted keypad, and if you want to save the batteries, you have the option of keeping the lighted keypad off.

This product isn't very intuitive and we bought the latest and greatest wich was supposed to be hands down better than the previous model wich was on sale. Took a lot of coaxing to get my wife's Samsung phone synced up with it and it can't be done with apple products no matter how many apps you down load. Picture is nice and the sound is ok but I wouldn't put this tv in a smart tv category.

This TV has beautiful picture once I got the back-light turned up. Initially it was very, very dark. I only had to adjust the back-light from 18 to 17 for it to turn-on. After that, this has a gorgeous picture. The Menus for the smart features (Netflix, Hulu, etc...) are all very slow to react and sometimes take several seconds to respond at all. I initially did not have any external feed since I only wanted Wi-Fi content but the TV constantly complained the HDMI was not connected properly. So, i hooked up an HDMI source just to shut it up. Also, the base stand does not allow the TV to be swiveled. I personally hate this. I got this for a bedroom and want to be able to move it around. I have been very disappointed that it wont pivot at the stand (not even a little). I'm looking for an alternative base but have not been successful yet. I would not recommend this unit if you need it to swivel. The base prevented a 5-star rating from me since that was important. Otherwise, it's a fantastic TV.

Fills the need for a bedroom tv. Sound is not the greatest and it has too many “smart” features for an older guy to figure out or use.

the colors seemed too blue for me, so i returned it for another brand. But it was a well designed TV and the connection ports were in a good location.

Open Box Item, Certified, In "excellent condition". Came with no TV stand mounting crews. Had to travel to HW store, wasting time and extra money.

The picture is good but I have to turn the sound up to 46 to hear it. I'm not hearing impaired, so I'm wondering if I have gotten a defected product.

Bought a cheaper Samsung model about a year before. Thought this one would have similar remote. Could have saved money by buying the cheaper model.

Had bad AV inputs, no sound. Didn't go bad until a week after purchase. Thought my AV cords were bad and replaced twice before taking TV back.

It is a good TV. Just make sure before you buy a smart TV you have an idea of what apps you want. Not all Smart TV’s have everything

My initial purchase was a lemon. Never worked out of the box. I returned it for another ( same model ). It's been great. Netflix use is easy.

I was a little disappointed with the quality. The brightness level can't come up where I want it, and the speakers are subpar.

REMOTE WASN'T SMART ENOUGH TO OPERATE ANYTHING BUT THE TV. SLEEP TIMER SHOULD HAVE BEEN A BUTTON ON THE REMOTE. JUST DISAPPOINTED!
