I order e d this as a gift for my son on Feb 16. When it arrived it was broken beyond repair and I just got refused died for it on March 12

I bought this unit to use as a computer monitor as directed by the Best Buy staff but it wasn't a good fit. Everything is too blurry.

I did a lot of research and went for the Samsung 32 inch smart tv, but should have purchased something for a lessor amount. The first tv I brought home had a screen that bleed, so returned immediately. Best Buy was quick to replace, but after using the tv for a night, I realized the extra money spend was a waste. The apps on tv are slow and would have been to buy a Amazon Fire stick or older model Apple TV to pair with it. T

Color could be better. But for the price, it's alright. We have another Sam Sung set and the color and clarity is much much better.

After channel surfing, it it unusually necessary to open up picture and manually adjust the picture on numerous categories.

Have hooked up to cabel but now have to use your remote to turn on and the cble remote to change channels and volume.

This TV was great except for when it would randomly re-boot. Very annoying. Returned it for another Samsung. So far so good.

Bought so I could sync my Samsung phone with the tv. Decent purchase for my small porch, though at times it seems dark.

missing power cord, called best buy support and lady gave me $21.00 credit to go buy one.. which I did for $5...thank you lady.. BUT.. poor oversight on BB staff for quality . AND .. the previous user info was STILL IN THE TV!!!! again pooooooorrrrrr QC...what else are these guys missing when reviewing .. testing a TV for resell at 85% of new?? may not be worth it.. BUYER BEWARE.... OF BEST BUY -- gulfport ms

Replaced under the buyer protection. Buyer protection should cover for length of time like extra 2 years not just per incident

The image is clear and good, nice colors but unfortunately the internet is very slow.

THE TUNER DOES NOT PICK-UP ALL AVAIL. TV STATIONS. SHARP BRAND TV's HAVE A BETTER TUNER----PICKS UP NEARLY 15 MORE STATIONS

I have been using it as a monitor on my laptop. It works fine but could use a finer resolution for graphics.

In programming the remote, it made wrong choices based on my cable carrier and there was no way to override or fix them. Now have to use two remotes instead of one like I am able to do on the older model. The quality of the older model seems just as good so why spend the extra money for something that doesn't work as well.

This tv works alright, a little slow. I like the less expensive Roku tv better.

Picture on TV gets dark off and on . I went to store and salesman said it changes automatically. I doubt that!

The TV works good in a small room. If this tv is used in a bigger room, then speakers might be needed.

We liked the Samsung TV, but it seems to heat up after 2 hours of viewing.

some of the shows come in darker than what I'm used to and I wish it had an easier sleep mode.

When movie scenes are photographed as nighttime cannot brighten sufficiently to see the scenes.
