This tv is not the best quality but for a 3rd tv and the price it's fine.

Works okay, but Starting to wish I got a bigger, fancier model.....

I was told be the sales clerk that this TV would support Hulu Live. I bought two. It does not. Best Buy accepted return of both TV's without complaint but I did not discover the problem until one TV was set up and had to drive 40 miles to return the items.

Just an average TV. Occasionally have to adjust the picture.

why this model when similar samsungs are le$$? it had the best picture experience, made me feel like i was watching a larger curved uhd tv, which i went into store to buy. my living room is small. sit 7-8ft from tv and was using 24" 720 pixel flat approx 4 years old. i wanted a smart tv, and knew it be 32 or 40 inches. the pic motion and definition is amazing, sound is great, have tried pandora on it. i wanted smart for a better netflix experience, had grown frustrated with chromecast. im a fussy consumer who does her homework. i was also an art major with art scholarship and extra fussy about pic experience. the only minor complaint is the remote control. its tempermental and i have to point it at a sweet spot that seems to be chronically changing, making it sticky to use. maybe the batteries that came with it are why. own tv 3 days and watched 40 hrs of tv...im hooked. gives me big screen vibe without having to rearrange my living room around the tv. im 47, female. 1080 pixels gives this 32" tv a UHD feel. based on my r&d and comparing tvs in the store...any tv over 32" should be UHD, this samsung is a great bang for the $$ and easy to be proud of when company comes over. no one will think you are a nerd or a cheapskate.

Customer service was very good at the Maplewood Store.

Great picture BUT the performance is so bad the TV can barely function. So using it as smart tv will not be good, you’ll need Roku, Apple TV fire stick or something else. Works just fine on antenna.
