Very Clear Picture, Easy to Setup
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second one, the first one had to be returned, due to a small pea size dark flaw at the top of the screen. The second one, has a very nice clear flawless picture. Both TVs were very easy to setup. The picture of this model was so bright, colorful, and clear, it stood out from all the others on the shelf. Could really tell a big difference. Good Sound as well. Has a Quad Core Proccessor, Apps open, and responde very quickly. Very Happy With Purchase!

Outstanding small HDTV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to replace an older Samsung 32 inch TV as it had died. I was a bit leery of going with Samsung again. I first tried the Vizio 32 inch smart TV. It was okay but there were a few things that bothered me. I stopped by another BestBuy store as the one I purchased the Vizio at did not have this model displayed. So I purchased this model and it is a world of difference. The picture out of the box in Cable HD (1080i), BluRay, and is stunning, and not bad in standard def (way better than the Vizio). The sound is serviceable (it is a small set!). The remote is excellent, not cheap feeling at all. Reflectivity is well-controlled (not perfect - but way better than the Vizio). The Smart application suite is great. Also note, it connects to the faster more modern 5GHz WiFi for SUPER fast streaming. Set up is a breeze. My wife got home from work and I had it set up and she groaned, not another new TV, but immediately said: "NICE!" Even the center posted stand is better, for my TV stand situation, than the wide-spread legs are. Admittedly it is more expensive than the Vizio so it SHOULD be better, and it is. If you can afford the difference, just buy this one, or wait a few more weeks and save up! You won't regret it! The Vizio is boxed up and ready to return!

Poor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My issue is when using the remote control it lags terribly. You press a button and it takes a bit for the TV to react. Press the channel button quickly and it changes so slowly it finally lands on a channel several higher or lower where you intended. Press the channel numbers, same slow response.

Great 32 inch for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have given this TV 5 stars but when I picked up the first TV it had a deep one inch scratch on the screen. I did return it to Best Buy the next day without any problems, except that I had to go to another store to get another one which was much farther away than the store I bought it from. Other than that it is a great TV for the price. I bought it on sale for $100.00 less than the actual price. Geat clear sharp picture. Pretty good sound, Easy to set up, great Smart tv features. It is just the right size for a small bedroom.

Bad tv at a good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price was right, but the TV was wrong. Read the reviews and do your homework before buying this TV. This Samsung TV, with these features, at this price is unbelievable. But the intermittent freezes, reboots and continued loss of signal is disappointing.

I did not like this tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought the picture quality was terrible and the ability to fine tune the color settings just made things worst. Every channel looked like an over saturated cartoon. I took the tv back for a refund and bought a different make and model

More stress than entertainment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned this television for a regular television. I was not happy with having to sign a privacy agreement and other legal agreements to use it. I returned it and purchased a 50" television that only costs a few dollars more.

Great picture quality, but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First thing first - the picture quality is fantastic. It looks great when playing DVD, bluray, streaming HD video. Even standard definition on TV isn't bad. I also appreciate the ability to customize sound (emphasize voice, for instance, is a cool feature), picture, etc. Easy-to-navigate menu setup and the Smart Hub is nice. On the down side, there are some little things that annoy. First, I really really wish this had a universal remote, which other Samsung TVs apparently have. That this one can control ONLY the TV and not the DVD/bluray player or cable box is a downer. Second, the picture settings behave oddly at times, with it randomly dimming, making it difficult to see contrast. Finally, it appears that this particular model does not have all the apps Samsung supports. And frankly, many of the apps it does support are really not worth having. I was most excited for, and most disappointed by, this feature. Overall, it's a good TV and does its primary purpose well. The SmartHub could be much better, with better apps, and be prepared to have several remotes handy if you don't have a universal. Would I buy again? Definite maybe, but not a resounding yes.

Great TV for Bedroom
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an older armoir that will only hold a 32" flat screen, so I had to stick with this size. It literally took me 5 minutes to set it up and tweak the picture settings. Excellent picture and good sound. The SMART features work seamlessly. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Fantastic TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little leary when I found out it was only sold at Bestbuy but so glad I bought it. The color is perfect, sound is excellent and even sounds better with my Sony soundbar. You cannot go wrong with this one. Oh am glad it has 3 HDMIs

Great Purchase!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is one of the best 32" TVs out there. The picture quality is great, with vivid colors, bright image, nice contrast, plus the SMART feature of the TV is a plus. The design of the TV is slim looks good once you've set it up.

So Sad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV was broke when it was received. I am having a hard time understanding how it could have even been shipped because it should have been noticed.

Wonderful TV for all users
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We've had this TV for about a week and are very pleased with it. Be prepared for taking a little time to learn the smart features. It took you a little time to learn any of your computing devices -remember? If you are like my husband and don't want to bother with all that you can stick a cable wire into the back and it will give you great picture and sound. For those who enjoy smart features you will have a great time with this set. Netflix, Amazon prime, several news & weather apps, and many other popular apps all work very well. I didn't give away my Roku streaming device yet because for some reason I can't get CBS all access or PBS apps yet. I may yet figure out how to upgrade or find these apps - I will upgrade my review if I do. A word about closed captions. They will work fine on TV stations or the Spectrum (Time Warner) app and Netflix (you fix on their website for some apps). They may not work on some apps that do not have a setting for closed captions. Streaming devices like Roku & Fire TV have a setting for the device that will work for most content. So you may still need streaming device if you need closed captions. Overall I would still rate this TV as excellent. It has none of the slowness that reviewers have complained about in the other Samsung smart TV's. It has great picture and sound and the other things I mentioned may straighten out in upgrades. Mrs B
