I have this tv and it is fantasric in every way. Excellent quality and features. VERY happy with Samsung and this smart tv. A+++++

The analog plug for sound output doesn't have volume control via the TV. A lot of sound devices may be controllable by their own remote, but that's less likely with analog since they're likely to be cheaper.

Perfect tv. Nothing negative about it. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality tv for a great price.

Bought this TV for my grandpa. He loves it! Doesn't know much about the smart TV capabilities but he still loves to watch his baseball games and other shows

I bought this TV after seeing it had great reviews, but it's been a disappointing experience. Everything is difficult to do on this TV, whether it's renting youtube youtube videos or waiting ten minutes on loading screens just to bump back to the original page you were on. Always has trouble connecting to the wifi as well (when our other devices connect just fine). I could go on but essentially I wish I never spent my money on this TV.

Had the unit for 1 month. About same amount of time waiting for geek squad to register for appointment. Set it up and unplugged to move to family room. Cable caught corner and tell on bus strip. Extended Warranty only cover manufacturer defect. $40 for warranty, $35 ship for repair estimate, $100-150? Repair more than half cost of new. Prime reason to look for better buil/stablet, better insurance and free shipping.

I bought the Samsung's top-of-the-line 32 inch UN32J6300 in 2013 and loved it . . I tried other TVs and it was by far the best 32" TV made . . . it had an outstanding picture and the 120hz refresh rate allowed me to watch sports without blurring . . . until this past fall when it died! . . . the screen flickered on and off a few times and then went black, and never came back (though the sound was fine). Unfortunately, the cost to replace either the master control board and/or screen is prohibitive. Perhaps I should be happy that I got four good years out of it (actually, probably closer to two, given how much I travel/use it), but my Sonys are still going strong after 8 years. The thought of buying another Samsung TV makes me very nervous, especially given the premium price.

my SECOND Samsung in 5 days. Go figure. 1st one the board went out in 3 days. I just bought another one (different size and upgraded model), brought it home and it would not recognize the HDMI ports(any of them). 30 minutes on the ph with the Samsung Help Desk and they said "take it back". I'm done with Samsung.

I purchased the J5500 Series UN32J5500AFXZA and there is a half sphere shadow at bottom of screen. Same as seen by other viewer Yeung. There were other shadows on the bottom as well. I exchanged for another one two days later and same thing. Display model did not have it. I really like this model and the rest of the picture is great, the smart features are great as well. The shadow is really pronounced with white background while watching hockey. I also like the case quality and the available ports. Love all except picture flaw. Returned again and got refund. I suspect there is a production batch defect and wish I could have had rep find good one.

Great quality at reasonable price. Wife isn't happy, though. Ha ha.

The specs say it's mountable and has 200mm X 200mm holes. It does NOT.

I bought a 4k UHD Sony Bravia 65" tv from Best Buy a couple of months ago and have been very satisfied with it and decided to upgrade my old 32"(largest size that will fit in my built-in cabinet). Sony doesn't make that model in a 32" version. Therefore, I ordered the Samsung UN32J5500AFXZA due to the positive reviews. I was excited when it arrived today and it was undamaged. I hooked it up and I was very disappointed at picture quality. I made many adjustments, but couldn't get an acceptable picture. This was my first and last Samsung product. I will be returning it to Best Buy.

We got this TV about 3 weeks ago. It worked fine for 2 weeks. Once the return policy expired, we started having problems with Smart TV. First, on Youtube, it started showing everything in a very bad quality. We called Samsung Tech Support, spent 30 min with them on the phone and had to reset the TV, which wiped out all the passwords and settings we have made before. So, we had to do this all over again. Now, just a few days later, on a regular TV the sound is fine, but on a Smart TV you cannot change the sound at all. We have to call Samsung again. 3 weeks since buying the TV and the 2 call to support. I did not expect to have so many problems with this purchase.

This was a great TV. Excellent picture and sound. Unfortunately the TV developed a dreaded line of pixels right down the middle. Best Buy's response was - "did you buy our extended warranty?" Samsung's response was "sorry to inform you that your warranty has already expired." The price to repair the TV was more than I paid for it so it will probably get recycled.

Nice at first. Picture is still great. Has several issues that I really wished I googled before buying... power issues, switching off & on at random, etc. At first I thought it was the Dish TV and called for served & even got a new box but my Toshiba tvs did not have these issues. So frustrating that I'm buying a new tv, of course, not a Samsung!

I love the TV with all its features. The only problem with it is the screen arrived damaged. Other than that its a really good TV
