    Crooked TV.

    I don't think this tv was designed to tilt backwards but it does. I asked samsung support about it and they sent me a new stand. Except it was only the top part. I had to contact them again to send me the bottom half. Both stands make the tv tilt backwards. Also, the new stand was missing a rubber pad. Terrible quality control at samsung. Might not purchase another one after this.

    NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS

    My tv worked fine in the beginning but after 4 months I could no longer access the intenet. I was told by a salesperson that I needed a new router. I bought a new router and it did not solve the problem. I went back and the salesperson suggested a different router. The second router did nor solve the problem. I went to the Samsung website and followed their directions and still did not work. I do not reccomend this product.

    Does not stream video via web browser as specified

    Bought this TV to be able to stream content via the web browser, as advertised in the product spec: "Stream movies, music and more or surf your favorite websites with the included Web browser." Tried this as soon as I got the TV started and immediately found this doesn't work. Samsung support confirmed that the buffering technology doesn't allow streaming via the browser. So product doesn't work as advertised. Streaming only works via the TV Apps.

    Dont buy, screen had a thermal crack. No cause

    The screen popped while we were playing video games, no one was near the tv. Some sort of internal crack appeared along with lines, I wouldn't have believed it had I not witnessed the issue. This happened two months after purchasing it, Samsung states that this is a physical issue and does not want to fix it. I have done some research and other customers have had the same problem. The television looks great until it gets an internal crack. I will never buy Samsung again, the warranty is a joke.

    Samsung too cheap to include mounting screws

    I have no idea as to the quality of the TV. After getting home, I am unable to mount it and watch the TV. The mount is all ready but Samsung doesn't include mounting screws. Four simple mounting screws are all that stand between my purchase and my ability to view the TV. If I can't find screws easily tomorrow I will just take the whole TV back to Best Buy. This is beyond cheap. Every other manufacturer includes the VESA mounting screws.

    Pulling My Hair Out

    Worst purchase I've ever made. I thought a Samsung would be a quality product, but this TV is horrible. Anytime I try to use the "SmartTV" function, it glitches out in a different way. It freezes up, is forever stuck in a loading page, claims to not be connected to the internet, but won't let me troubleshoot it. Basically, it'll do anything but what I want to use it for. Save your frustration and buy a normal TV with a Roku or AppleTV.

    Your site states this TV will mirror from smart devices. However your sales tried to sell me the apple connector and admitted they could not would not test the device due too the clogged wireless network in the store. Pretty sure I won't be back to Best Buy!

    TV COMPLETE BROKE AFTER 4 MONTHS

    TV worked great for 4 months than it broke. The screen was ghosted and a line down the middle. It was covered under the warranty but had to drive and 1.5 hours to a repair shop. The entire guts of the TV had to be replaced . Samsung Customer service and warranty restrictions ended up costing me money.

    Analog output jacks don't work

    I bought this TV set for my father, who is very hard of hearing, so he has to use TV Ears that attach to analog output jacks. But the analog output jacks on this TV did not work, so I had to return it.

    Bought this TV April of 2016. Died August 2017. 3 months out of warranty it dies. Not very Samsung like. I have always bought Samsung. Will have to reconsider future purchases.
