The TV was easy to set up, sound is great, picture is great and the size is perfect for my kitchen and one also for my bedroom. It is loaded with tons of aps on it and easy to navigate to find them. Great TV.

I needed a small tv to fit in a bedroom cabinet. While not inexpensive, this set has an excellent picture quality and surprisingly good sound. It is easy to set up with intuitive on-screen directions. It also has lots of bells and whistles which I confess that I am unlikely to use - but others may. The set was delivered within 4 hours of ordering.

I find the remote to be to small for older folks as they have difficulty with arthritis etc. I don't like the way the remote works as you have to wait before it goes to full screen. Getting to turn on closed captioning isn't easy. The picture is very good and I like the Samsung plus channels . You need to work on the remote and software to make it better. It isn't always young people buying your tv's

The TV fits perfectly on my desk. The color color quality is quite nice and the connectivity has been great.

It's working well and easy to set up. Good Picture. The only draw back is the very poor remote control. The remote is not backlit and controls are difficult to navigate.

I needed a 32" TV for a small bedroom and this Samsung TV fit the space nicely ! It has a great picture, very clear, and the colors are stunning!! I'd recommend this TV to anyone !

Picture and viewing angle are very good. Picture has depth, excellent color, and lots of detail for a set this size. Remote is not intuitive and requires trial and error to get both picture and sound on.

The picture quality is amazing, whether I'm watching something new or something old. The first night I watched an old B&W movie from 1942 and it looked crisp and like I was looking through a window. Works well with my PS5 and it makes my games pop in a way I've not seen before. I really love this tv. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how to turn the volume up as I've never had a remote with a "rocker" button on it. I kept pushing down on it, lie a button instead of pushing forward like a joystick.

I bought this as an upgrade to my pre-existing 32" samsung in my camper trailer. I have about 5 samsung TVs around the house and the newest one prior to my starting to replace these was 7-8 years old. TV processors have come a long way since then. It took forever to scroll through movies on my ext. HDD with the old processors. Now, and this TV included, response is 100% better. The pictures on this one is absolutely beautiful. I had originally purchased a U8000F 32" for the camper but I wanted the better processor. I actually found this on on Bestbuy's website as an open box in excellent condition and bought it. I love it without a doubt. I go out to the camper several times a day and just sit there and turn it on and watch it out there. Get a little piece and quite now and then and just a chance to relax, and also revel in the piece of mind of the deal I got on such a nice piece of electronic equipment. Another thing I like about this tv too is that it has 2 USB ports rather than the limitation of one

Picture is good if you are directly in front of the TV. At wide and even modest viewing angles the color gets washed out somewhat. The remote is menu-driven and basic. The sound is not that good; normally you need to turn the volume way up depending on the type of program you are watching. There are 3 HDMI (2 of them for video) and 2 USB inputs, along with a LAN and antenna input; if you have older equipment that uses separate 3-wire sound and video inputs, I am not sure how you would connect those. The User Guide that comes with the TV is basic, and the detailed on-line User Guide is very long and not based on a particular model. There is not even a good schematic of the TV input/output connections.

I'm glad Samsung decided to spend some effort improving the small size tv business line. This 32 inch QLED has crisp images and great functionality. The AI capability is nice, but it did freeze on me a couple of times while adjusting settings.

Love this new TV. It's very difficult to find 32" sets and of course, they're more expensive than the bigger ones, but this fits perfectly in the space we have. The picture quality and color are so sharp, you feel like you are part of whatever you're watching. Best Buy is one of the only stores to carry 32" sets and the customer service was outstanding. I ordered over the phone and the set was delivered to our home, the same day! Excellent!

This Samsung tv with "Qled" is first rate with a super clear, vivid picture. It's not quite as good as the much more expensive, larger Sony Bravia Oled, but it's a tiny fraction of the cost. It's a bargain for what you get. The downside as other reviews mention is the flat treble sound. Some buy a sound bar to improve it. I didn't bother because it is in a home gym where ghe sound really isn't a factor. I would also like to see a simpler user interface. Too many clicks to navigate. Plus alot of junk that I'll never watch. And amongst all of that, there is no PBS! This was obviously programmed by a gen z kid.

This TV was purchased for my Mom. She’s in her 80’s and only watches over the air channels with an antenna. Mom really doesn’t like the remote control without numbers on it. I had to run out to get a universal remote before she could operate it. I wouldn’t recommend this TV to anyone that doesn’t stream. However, it’s great for streaming.

promised installation of TV included cause we had a best buy customer prime contract. This didnt happen so I cancelled the Best Buy Prime Customer Support Contract, midway through the contract - very disappointed in Best Buy changing the rules from the beginning. They had to change out the original TV installed by Best Buy to a newer original existing TV I had in the wall, but because of our age, I don’t climb ladders simple job complicated by Best Buy lying on the phone purchasing the TV probably never used by spy again too many other sources. TV great Purchase is really lousy.

This is a great tv. The picture has the high qualities that Samsung is famous for. The only thing negative that i found since the purchase is the remote,i had had a real hard time learning it to the point of using one of my universal remotes till i could learn it. All in all a good buy.
