    I have used Samsung products for quite a while and was disappointed that this one seemed to have issues coming straight out of the box. I ended up with static lines covering 3/4 of the screen resulting in the return of the monitor.

    Image quality was great when it wasn't flickering. (Every 15 minutes)

    I was expecting super clear and crisp detail in Warzone 2.0 … I was let down… My TV looks better TBH

    The stand is absolute garbage.

    The stand is garbage. This stand would hold the screen in position for more that 15 minutes and this is my second one, the previous did the exact same thing. Every time I buy Samsung I regret it.

    Garbage. 18 months later and the screen just literally snaped and fell off of the base. Of course no longer under the 1 year warranty.

      We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your monitor. Although your monitor is out of warranty, we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Support for troubleshooting to see if we can resolve your issue over the phone.

      If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

    we returned the product the next day. after a couple of hours use a black line down the right side of the screen, got the acer instead.

    Dont spend your money trust it does not work on series x everything abt this monitor is bad you can get one cheaper with better quality if you have a pc maybe yes buy it, but console please dont

    After using it for couple of mins it slows down my laptop and the screen starts freezing. I want to return it but I threw the box :-(

    Great looking screen for the price range

    Just purchased this monitor today really went back-and-forth on my decision, but finally decided on this over the Acer models that are similar. I’m very happy with the screen curve screen size and picture quality. I’ve read complaints about the stand, but it doesn’t really bother me. I had to adjust some color settings and display settings in Windows to configure it how I like it but after all is said and done, I’m pretty satisfied with the monitor for the price.

    Samsung curved Monitor

    On the gaming side of things, it's got a 240Hz refresh rate, a 1ms response time. There are plenty of ports. The monitor doesn't have its own built-in speakers, you'll need to plug in your headphones or computer speakers. I like thin bezel & sleek design. The base is long but flat to maintain a sturdy support.

    My son needed a monitor with a super-fast refresh rate. This monitor filled that requirement. He has enjoyed better game play with this monitor.
