For a lower priced high rez ultra wide monitor, this monitor performs extremely well. Stand is a big weird but overall a great monitor!

I’ve been using this for a few years now and love it.

Got this and the msi 40inch and chose this one instead. The curve on it seems more noticeable compare to my oled g8 even though both got same curvature. Does have a bit of screen flickering but this is just used as a 2nd monitor and downloading the driver for it solved the screen flicker issues for me

We bought this as a gift for our son and he absolutely loves it.

I love this monitor. The only downside to it is the stand that comes with it because it’s flimsy and bad quality. If your getting this monitor I would for sure get an arm for it

I would give this monitor 2.5 but you can only do whole numbers so i went a bit higher. Overall, it was extremely easy to unbox and get going. Ive seen a lot of people complain about the stand itself, but i didnt find it that difficult to use. Would it be nice if you could adjust it more? Absolutely. Outside of that, my biggest issue with itwss the settings within the monitor for adjusting colors,etc. I tried SO many different combinations to try and get it to look right, but i just couldn't. It was either too dark, too bright, too blue etc, nothing seemed to work forme. This was my first UW monitor, so maybe it was just me, i dont know, but either way i had to return it, because i just couldnt play games on it. I would suggest that if youve never used an ultra wide display before, maybe go to the store and try it out first. It takes some getting used to. But overall, that was less of an issue than the color issues i was having. So for now, for me, its back to a flat panel 16:9. Maybe in the future i will try again.

If you ever wanted, and were wondering which curved monitor to get, this is the one. It's perfect for my home office setup. I'm not a gamer, but this monitor just might turn me into one because the graphics on this thing are absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend.

I’ve gone through TWO of these Samsung 34” Odyssey G5 Ultra-Wide monitors in just 6 months—both failed catastrophically. First unit: The menu knob was so loose it literally fell off within weeks. Second unit: After only 4 months, the screen developed a full white haze across the display (photos attached). Completely unusable. Samsung’s warranty? A joke. Yes, it’s under their 1-year warranty, but they expect me to pay for shipping to send it in—because of where I live. Their own rep (very polite, but powerless) confirmed that customers in some locations have to foot the bill to get THEIR defective product repaired. Ridiculous. Build quality? Cheap plastic garbage. Shocking for a monitor marketed to gamers. You feel it the moment you unbox it—nothing premium here. False advertising alert: “HDR compatible” is printed right on the box, but don’t be fooled. The HDR implementation is laughably bad—washed out, dim, and not real HDR as multiple reviews have already pointed out. Bottom line: Don’t risk your hard-earned money. There are better, cheaper options out there from AOC, LG, and others who actually stand behind their products. I regret not listening to the red flags. You’ve been warned.

Excellent gaming monitor for the price in all of the key aspects. The main drawback is the stand which is built so that the monitor sits with a slightly downward angle. That might be fine depending on your individual set up but it would be better if the angle were adjustable. That is the only reason I would not recommend it.
