    Terrible customer service. Took this monitor back as it was defective and the store did not honor the defect. Very unprofessional treatment by the store Manager! Don’t go to this store! Weigh other options!!

    The monitor does not move for height. You will need to buy extension for make higher or lower.

    Disappointed out of the box, flimsy stand. Once hooked up color was not what was expected. Gave to my kid for an upgrade for his ps5

    The stand for this monitor is strong enough and very thin and it broke in case. and it is not adjustable and it is tilted downwards. Not ale to keep it straight. I would not buy it again

    Black screening after a year

    Worked good for about a year. Last week it started black screening intermittently, becoming so frequent that it is unusable. Was going to attempt a firmware update , but Samsung support is lackluster at best. Have tried different cables , and have no issue with other monitor so it’s definitely an issue with the monitor.

    In the short time I have had the monitor the screen flickers with lines across randomly while gaming or just using the monitor to search the web. Have tried changing cords and no change

    I have used Samsung products for quite a while and was disappointed that this one seemed to have issues coming straight out of the box. I ended up with static lines covering 3/4 of the screen resulting in the return of the monitor.

    The stand is garbage. This stand would hold the screen in position for more that 15 minutes and this is my second one, the previous did the exact same thing. Every time I buy Samsung I regret it.

    Garbage. 18 months later and the screen just literally snaped and fell off of the base. Of course no longer under the 1 year warranty.

      If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

    we returned the product the next day. after a couple of hours use a black line down the right side of the screen, got the acer instead.
