This is the perfect refrigerator. Don't be fooled standard depth refrigerators stick out, look ugly and sacrifice the extra space gained with gimmicks like "Beverage center". This counter depth is flush with the counter looks clean and yet has carved out 27 cu ft of capacity. Don't fall for "AI" "Beverage Centers" "Smart Displays?" etc etc...I work in tech and can tell you these are over engineered features entirely unnecessary designed only to raise the sale price. For a refrigerator you need 3 things, everything else increases complexity and with it increases frustration. The 3 things are: 1) Clean, flush with counter look 2) As large a usable capacity as possible in the smaller footprint 3) Good efficient refrigeration with Auto Ice feature. This refrigerator is perfect on all these 3 features. Has everything you need and nothing you don't at a great price.

Our new Samsung Refrigerator makes 2 types of ice cubes, standard size, and tiny bits ,which I prefer, to last in my water mug at work. We also like that it has no handles sticking out to bump into. Just open from the top or the bottom for easy access. And the adjustable shelf which slides inward so we can store taller items is brilliant, freeing up door space. We also love how much storage is in the freezer, as the ice compartment shelf allows for storage on the right half of the shelf, and slides inward to allow access to the main freezer, with plenty of room for our food! I love the room inside this refrigerator and freezer! And it actually takes up less space than my older smaller one. The finish is wonderful and I rarely see any smudge or finger prints to clean off. It runs very quietly. I got a great sale price on it so am very satisfied!

Love the extra capacity compared to previous Samsung fridge. Doors are thick with deep pockets. Ice tests that fill up are amazing and convenient. No more ice cubes falling onto the floor from door ice dispensers. Using filtered water pitcher since no water dispenser, but it’s cleaner…no spills or splashes. Overall, love the counter-depth fridge. Been using for 2 months now

This thing is Beautiful with size and convince plus takes a little getting use to from a side by side. I think this has a lot more room then the side by side we had and a lot easier to organize. Love the idea of 2 size ice cubes Small /large plus we didn't want to have water/ice in the door do to it just gets messy later on in life - this is nice and clean front finish and will always just look nice in the kitchen. I highly recommend this for size and price, Love it.

I love that this is a counter depth fridge with no bulky handles: the kitchen looks so much cleaner. Even though you lose a few inches of storage because it is counter depth we actually feel as though we have more space because of the French door design. Great purchase.

I am not the new owner of this product...I bought it for my sister and her family. Best Buy has been my go-to for appliances for a long time, and this experience did not disappoint. They needed a counter-depth frig that was high on quality but wouldn't break the bank. I admit I figured we would only find a couple to pick from...there were over eight!! The salesperson was knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy or overbearing - I really appreciated that. And...again...in true Best Buy fashion, we bought it on a Friday, and it was delivered on the following Monday! If you want a good appliance-purchasing experience, look no further than your local Best Buy!!

So far we are loving the new refrigerator. Ample room to store food and drinks, easy to clean and see what’s inside. Purchased on sale at a great price! Holds temps very well and so far we have had zero issues or regrets.

Great fridge overall. Ice maker alone was worth it. Large and spacious. One gripe I have are the doors. Sometimes if you close the right one first, the left one will struggle to close due to the design. It's a bit weird and something I haven't dealt with before.

I love this fridge, it is beautiful. the space inside the fridge is huge and makes it easy to see everything. the little drawer at the bottom is perfect for our gourmet cheeses and snacks. the freezer is a little smaller than our last fridge but I love the ice tray configuration and the way the freezer drawer functions. we have had it for 1 month and have had no problems, it operates quietly keeps food at perfect temp, the controls are viable and easy to use. highly recommend.

Great product . Looks great, no fingerprints. Lots of space for a counter depth fridge, maximizes the space inside. Convenient drawers and side shelves in doors. I bought one for my daughters new house too, we love it that much.

Love my New Samsung refrigerator, always was a whirlpool fan but they have gotten so chea6looking. This one is so quiet and so big. Was used to a small refrigerator and always no room for everything. Did I say love yes love love this one. And Best buy was all some on the deal and the help!!!

This is the first brand new refrigerator my husband and I have ever owned. Its fantastic. Easy to clean and easy to maintain internal temperatures through the wifi.

It is a very good machine, quiet and very sleek. Nothing too fancy, I don't need to converse with my fridge :-) It has a lot of room and you can arrange the shelves easily. The lighting is very good. Ice making is efficient. The moving part in the freezer compartment could glide a bit better IMHO. Overall, really happy with the purchase.

Incredible size and quality for that price! Easy to setup, control of temperature is so easy to doit with app. Panel organization, boxes and big bottom freezer storage is a plus on this unit.

I wasn't sure about this fridge because it has no handles and no water but does have the ice maker in the freezer. I love this fridge. It makes 2 sizes of ice so I just scoop what I need. It has a ton of room and I love the extra space that there is because of no handles. I have a very small kitchen and this fridge is a great size but takes up less space.

We've had this refrigerator for about a month now and really like it! Our old fridge was a two door Kenmore work horse - but the light was dim and due to the depth we often missed stuff in the back. The Samsung is a nice upgrade. It's counter depth but works for the space we have. The larger refrigerators were also taller and we were not able to accommodate the extra height. We optimized for fridge space and opted for a model with no water dispenser. We also turned off the ice maker and use 2 ice trays as we are not big ice consumers. Pros: Bright on the inside, fits older homes with 70" height clearance, quiet, plenty of space in the refrigerator. Cons: Relatively smaller freezer compared to our 2 door model. We have a stand freezer in the garage that holds surplus frozen items, so not a big deal for us.

I love the simplicy. No protruding handles makes for a very clean look and maximizes the useable space for a counter depth fridge in a challenging space. It makes two different sizes/shapes of ice efficiently. I intentionally avoided ice maker in the door to because they never work great. I highly recommend this fridge and i feel it is a good value for what you are getting. The only thing i might add would be filtered water dispenser inside the cabinet of the fridge. Not having was not a deal breaker and i am quite satisfied with the fridge.
