We purchased this Samsung counter-depth refrigerator from Best Buy to fit a specific space in our kitchen, and aesthetically, it is a winner. The modern, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish and sleek recessed handles give it a high-end look that blends seamlessly with our cabinetry. It is surprisingly spacious inside for a counter-depth model, offering ample room in the fridge compartment that allows us to see everything easily without items getting lost in the back. Mega Capacity: The interior space is well-utilized, featuring adjustable shelves (including one that slides in for taller items) and large door bins that easily fit gallon jugs. Dual Auto Ice Maker: This is a fantastic feature! We love having the option of both regular cubes and the smaller "Ice Bites" (nugget-style ice) in the freezer drawer, and it keeps up with our family's needs well. A handy scoop is included. Overall, we are very happy with this refrigerator so far. It offers excellent capacity and features for the price point, and it looks fantastic in our kitchen. The dual ice maker is a huge hit. Despite some minor design quirks and potential long-term reliability worries, we feel it was a great purchase from Best Buy and would recommend it to those needing a spacious, modern, counter-depth fridge.

This is a great and affordable fridge. No unnecessary bells and whistles and a clean counter-depth design. There’s lots of space in both the fridge and the freezer. My only critique is that there is no drinking water supply, which would seem easy enough to incorporate somewhere inside the fridge since water is running to the ice maker already. Two styles of ice means there’s something for everyone, and there are enough compartments and shelves to organize and separate food to your heart’s content. A heads up that the overall height of the product includes 1”-2” of hinge height at the front of the fridge, so it may still fit in place underneath your fridge cabinets if you’re worried. The hinge height does make opening upper cabinets difficult.

I had to replace my 2023 Samsung side-by-side fridge after it unexpectedly failed. Fortunately, it was still under warranty through Geek Squad, so the replacement process was smooth. I chose this new model primarily for its dual ice makers—our household goes through a lot of ice! So far, I’m genuinely impressed with the fridge’s design and functionality. The bottom freezer offers significantly more usable space compared to a side-by-side layout—it feels like a major upgrade. The dual ice maker is a game changer: we love having the option between larger cubes for keeping drinks cold and smaller ice bites, which are perfect for cocktails, mixed drinks, or just snacking. My previous fridge worked fine until it gave out, but this one truly outperforms it. The only feature it lacks is a built-in water dispenser, which would’ve been nice. That said, it’s not a deal breaker for me since I already use an osmosis filtration system.
