We purchased this Samsung counter-depth refrigerator from Best Buy to fit a specific space in our kitchen, and aesthetically, it is a winner. The modern, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish and sleek recessed handles give it a high-end look that blends seamlessly with our cabinetry. It is surprisingly spacious inside for a counter-depth model, offering ample room in the fridge compartment that allows us to see everything easily without items getting lost in the back. Mega Capacity: The interior space is well-utilized, featuring adjustable shelves (including one that slides in for taller items) and large door bins that easily fit gallon jugs. Dual Auto Ice Maker: This is a fantastic feature! We love having the option of both regular cubes and the smaller "Ice Bites" (nugget-style ice) in the freezer drawer, and it keeps up with our family's needs well. A handy scoop is included. Overall, we are very happy with this refrigerator so far. It offers excellent capacity and features for the price point, and it looks fantastic in our kitchen. The dual ice maker is a huge hit. Despite some minor design quirks and potential long-term reliability worries, we feel it was a great purchase from Best Buy and would recommend it to those needing a spacious, modern, counter-depth fridge.

I had to replace my 2023 Samsung side-by-side fridge after it unexpectedly failed. Fortunately, it was still under warranty through Geek Squad, so the replacement process was smooth. I chose this new model primarily for its dual ice makers—our household goes through a lot of ice! So far, I’m genuinely impressed with the fridge’s design and functionality. The bottom freezer offers significantly more usable space compared to a side-by-side layout—it feels like a major upgrade. The dual ice maker is a game changer: we love having the option between larger cubes for keeping drinks cold and smaller ice bites, which are perfect for cocktails, mixed drinks, or just snacking. My previous fridge worked fine until it gave out, but this one truly outperforms it. The only feature it lacks is a built-in water dispenser, which would’ve been nice. That said, it’s not a deal breaker for me since I already use an osmosis filtration system.

This is a great and affordable fridge. No unnecessary bells and whistles and a clean counter-depth design. There’s lots of space in both the fridge and the freezer. My only critique is that there is no drinking water supply, which would seem easy enough to incorporate somewhere inside the fridge since water is running to the ice maker already. Two styles of ice means there’s something for everyone, and there are enough compartments and shelves to organize and separate food to your heart’s content. A heads up that the overall height of the product includes 1”-2” of hinge height at the front of the fridge, so it may still fit in place underneath your fridge cabinets if you’re worried. The hinge height does make opening upper cabinets difficult.

Very attractive fridge. Spacious. So far it works well. Easy controls on the inside to change temperature and to turn ice maker on and off. Some reviews suggested leaving enough space for the doors to open, I don't have a problem opening the doors all the way. I really like half the shelf slides back to allow for tall items.

Our new Samsung Refrigerator makes 2 types of ice cubes, standard size, and tiny bits ,which I prefer, to last in my water mug at work. We also like that it has no handles sticking out to bump into. Just open from the top or the bottom for easy access. And the adjustable shelf which slides inward so we can store taller items is brilliant, freeing up door space. We also love how much storage is in the freezer, as the ice compartment shelf allows for storage on the right half of the shelf, and slides inward to allow access to the main freezer, with plenty of room for our food! We love this Refrigerator!

Largest capacity counter depth fridge I could find at 27cu ft, and a great price. Huge refrigerator capacity inside. Like the fact no ice maker or water dispenser in the door as it allows full size milk containers on either doors and better reliability with dual ice cube maker tray built in lower freezer drawer. No handles give it a real modern appearance with matte finish and finger print free surface is great, an added plus is magnets stick to the front surface!! Its best for those looking for counter depth and looking for a lot of refrigerator capacity but at cost of limited freezer capacity or for someone who has a seperate freezer in my opinion.

The Samsung refrigerator has a Sleek, clean look. functionality is great. I connected it to my Samsung account and can control the temperature setting for the freezer and refrigerator from my phone. I love the two different types of ice.

I love this so much!! Has way more room in the freezer. The fridge area is amazing. Both doors have storage. One of the glass shelves slide in for more access. Also love that the door storages can be moved around and not set. I love the NO HANDLES look. It gives it a more sleek look. Also don't have to worry about running into them. If you have a tight space. This is perfect!!

Love that i was able to find a fridge that fit my small doorways. The storage is great. The lighting is too central for my liking. I wish it were slightly taller in the door shelves and fridge shelves. Overall a good purchase for my needs. The fingerprint resistant stainless looks and feels great! Also had a door open reminder if you choose to sync with app or other samsung products.

Original refrigerator delivered had exterior damage so Best Buy had to send me a replacement. Replacement also had defects, this time on the interior. However, the damage was not as significant but still noticeable in multiple places. Best Buy said they would give me store credit for the damage but hasn't happened yet. Need to contact a different department or something. Overall, the refrigerator was very spacious and looks nice and sleek. Great that it's fingerprint proof.

This is a great refrigerator! It has a lot of space for everything. The ice machine is also great, with two different kinds of ice. The stainless look makes it look elegant and modern. It's been a month since we bought it, and everything works as it should. I recommend this refrigerator.

The refrigerator is pretty quiet and has a lot more storage space than expected. Unfortunately the freezer section while easier to store bags and oddly shaped items, does leave one wanting as it cannot store as much as desired. With that said, you could remove basket used to hold the ice for more storage if you turn off the ice maker, but then you dont get the nice Ice Bites. Would definitely recommend this for a couple or a small family, but a standard family or couple with roommate(s) might want the next size up to get more freezer space. Outside of storage the only con I found is the sliding shelf that makes room for taller items sometimes slides down unexpectedly and can cause issue, when reorganizing the space, like spilling or dropping items.

My very first owned Samsung refrigerator. I was struggling with space before purchasing this appliance. Worry no more. The amount of space is excellent. I haven’t filled it up, even after grocery shopping. I think this is perfect for a family or 5 or less. The 2 different ice makers are great and the scoop it comes with even better. Highly recommend if you want quality and a good price.

This fridge fits perfectly in our newly updated kitchen. The countertop depth was necessary for us to fit into our fridge panels. The space is smaller but is still spacious!
