Had it for almost 2 months now. It was noisy one day but that seems to have stopped. Installers were awesome. They had to dismantle the drawers to get it in. My wife didn't like that it was way over counter depth. But you get more storage for it jutting out a little bit. So, no issue there.

The refrigerator itself is nice but I had to exchange immeditely because it had remarkable scratches at front. The customer service exchanged the refrigerator after a couple of days. They offered choices of gift card or replacement but we chose replacement. No complain so far about the refrigerator itself.

Very nice, roomy, love the space. Only would change the door shelves on icemaker side are too small and NO COURTESY LIGHT for in door water/ice dispenser. There's a lens but no bulb. Almost every refrigerator comes with an indoor water slash ice dispenser has a light, why Samsung skimped on this is troublesome.

Purchased this refrigerator for my mother as a Christmas gift and she is thrilled that is has so much room and her food stays so fresh. She is still learning to work the flex drawer but she loves it will definitely come in handy since she does gardening!!!

We love this fridge, shelves offer lots of flexible options, unlike traditional fridge, this one allows you to lift sections of it to allow space for taller items. The middle drawer section has an adjustable divider, very easy to manage.

I am really like my new refrigerator. I have always been limited in the size of refrigerator that would fit in my house. Well our kitchen remodel opened the door for some major changes and purchasing a larger refrigerator with ice and water access in the door was a priority. So far it is working like a charm. Ice is available every time we want it.

Like the product, especially the center FlexZone Drawer. Only issue is the right front door was received with 3 sets of dual dimples in the skin adjacent to the handles from left to right across the surface. I called to report this and did not understand the options or attitude regarding how to handle this cosmetic issue, which remains outstanding.

I had one of these refrigerators that was negotiated away from me in the sale of a home. I moved into my new home and within 2 months bought another. I absolutely love this refrigerator, no other will do.

I love the Flex Zone drawer. It works so smooth when you open and close it. You can set 4 different Temps for the drawer. This has Wi-Fi so with the Samsung Smart things app you are able to see and set the current temperatures in the fridge, freezer and drawer. It also shows how many times a day the doors have been opened. The door bins are very nice and a gallon of milk fits neatly in the right hand door.

Great fridge. We love the soft closing of the doors, the French doors can be opened and closed in whichever order while most others one has to always be closed first or vise versus. The space and ways you can change and manipulate the shelving is very convenient. Freezer space seemed to be the biggest of all the refrigerators we looked at. It does not leave fingerprints. Overall great, just not counter depth so it does look massive in our kitchen.

10/10 couldn’t recommend a better fridge for the price range. The similarities to the GE profile and for almost half the cost is wild! As an Avid ice chewer, I was skeptical at first on the ice but it’s not a bad shape either. They’re smaller than I expected and not super hard so while they’re not by favorite ice to chew, they are still a great chewing ice.

I’ve had this refrigerator for two weeks now, and it’s been excellent. It offers plenty of storage space for all of my food, and I always have a steady supply of ice for my work cooler. The filtered water is great for both drinking and cooking. On top of that, the stainless steel finish gives it a sleek look that matches perfectly with my other kitchen appliances.

Good size large refrigerator with middle drawer for fresh produce/cheese. Freezer size is ok. Ice-water dispenser in door makes crushed or cubed. Need to have a water source they can connect it to already tapped. Took about 30 minutes to take out old unit, install new one, put on doors, connect water. Went over filter location and basic walk thru. Have additional questions ready as they have other stops.

Great capacity everything works well. I’m designing a new kitchen and the refrigerator as well as all the other appliances that I purchased look amazing.

Looks great. Works great. Lay out around water ice on door is not great. Not a lot of usable space inside left door.

Awesome refrigerator! A lot of people must have liked it because it's the original one we purchased and somehow it got sold to another customer. I love the size and capacity of this fridge.

The issue here is Samsung failed to publish a critical dimension; the hinge cover at the front top of the fridge is now 6.5" deep versus the typical 2.5" to 3", this means you need the full 70" of clearance front to back now or you can't push the refrigerator back to the proper depth. Samsung has every other dimension published and this extra deep hinge cover causes problems if you have a full size over tge fridge cabinet to work around. Ultimately this is my fault in the end but it should be noted in the manual. This is the 3rd model of Samsung refrigerators I have purchased in the last 16 months, the other 2 had no fitment issues. Side note, I also talked to cabinet manufacturers/installers and they have since changed their width to 37" for Samsung and other brands due to fitment issues caused by tabs on the back, now they are also recommending 72" heights due to new model designs causing problems. Again, my fault and I should have physically measured the model in a store but that was a 100 mile round trip to the store and I purchsed online based on past experience. The fix is of course to cut .25" off the bottom of the cabinet to accommodate the new hinge depth. You also cannot eliminate the hinge cover because it goes all the way across the top of the fridge and it has wire harnesses connected to it.
