The fridge is great…. BUT the delivery was ridiculous. This was the 3rd attempt to get the fridge set up. The first crew was supposed to be an install crew for the water line, instead they were a delivery crew … anxious to get moving because they only had 20 minutes for the delivery. The second crew was professional and found that the fridge left was damaged. The 3rd crew had a guy from the first crew… unprofessional doesn’t rude to the incompetence they displayed. They didn’t set it up with the shelves, drawers… left all the packing materials…. They were offered a towel to catch the water when changing the line and said no…. Then proceeded to leak water onto the floor and decided to just leave it there. Absolutely nothing acceptable. Best Buy should do better.

I really like having the drawer individually, I don't have to open the fridge doors. Plenty space

Is a very nice refrigerator. Love the extra draw for large items.. inside is very nice and roomy. Had for almost a month. Recommend this appliance. Service and delivery was great too. Only one problem is the dent under the extra draw handle. Not happy about that. Otherwise I d give a 5 star.

Fridge is great. Layout provides a lot of storage room in both fridge and freezer sections. The flex drawer is the icing on the cake. It's great to always have cold beverages available at your fingertips without having to dig through the fridge!

I needed a fridge urgently because my old fridge broke down. I received it in 3 days and me and my family just loved it.

Very nice refrigerator, Best Buy price-matched another store, making it a really good buy. But it was the delivery and installation that made this purchase even better. The crew was on time, courteous, professional, and very cautious doing the removal of the old unit and installing this one, taking great care not to damage my wood floors or cabinets.

Great fridge. Works great for us and has a lot of room

I love this fridge. First fridge that I've ever had that I don't feel like it's cramped to use, and the flex drawer is great for our drinks. The smart features are kind of pointless unless you have someone who likes to leave the fridge open or need reminders to change the water filter. It is a little expensive, but otherwise it's perfect.

This is a huge fridge. It fits everything. Live it

This new One is a replacement of our old Samsung fridge. It makes our kitchen look so good and finger resistant is a plus when you have toddler always ready to open the fridge. The best thing is hidden compartment where you can keep all the ice cream hidden from the kid. Works great with connected home and the app to control it also does the job.
