  • taking bottom shelf out sucks!

    I loved it till I tried to lift the top half shelf. I had to call Samsung on lifting it. Then Tried to take out bottom shelf to clean and couldn't do it. Called Samsung and they sent video and my husband and I couldn't do it. They are having some company call me and still waiting on call. Horrible design. Why would someone make it so difficult to take out a shelf. It should be so simple. Still waiting on help to get it out.

    Very happy with Samsung refrigerator so far. Really nice to be able to check the refrigerator with the app to make sure the doors are closed and the refrigerator is operating normally.

    Bought a new refrigerator at Best Buy. I am so happy with it. Has double doors, large bottom freezer. Looked around first at different stores. But Best Buy had the one I liked at the best price.

    Great feeling to have a top of the line new appliance. But can be difficult to use without reading owners manual. Funny to think you have to read a manual to figure out how to work a fridge but we’ll worth it.

    While we are very impressed with the product, the care we received is the true winner here. Amy kept us updated with our delivery status, ensured we got the best deal and was a pleasure to work with. The fridge itself is just down right amazing. Adjustable shelves allow for a variety of products sizes and heights. Digital thermometer on the inside is my favorite add-on.

    Very nice fridge with functional storage spaces. For some reason it does not come with a freezer door storage shelf even though it has the anchor points for it. Get it on sale and the value is great.

    I was concern about delivery since it’s so large. Never been so impressed with the two men. They took the doors off both the frig and house entrance. The way they moved the frig and carried it was amazing.

    Large fridge, but there are also other large fridges which do not have major design flaws. The ice maker has no guard on it and unless you have a perfect size glass, makes getting ice a chore. The cubed ice function does not work well because of the design of the ice maker which has a bar and a churner which crush the ice no matter what. The filter has been run through gallons of water and it still tastes full of charcoal. I am not super pleased and I definitely have buyers remorse. For similar prices there were better options available.
