Performed Terrible- Wound Up Returning

Paired right up, but I kept having issue with out of sync between the image and the audio. Was very inconsistent. Tried both the ARC and Optical. When it worked the sound was pretty good, but not good enough to deal with the hassles. Shame.

Not my pick may be yours

My TV has the same amount of sound quality as this speaker. Why would I need to buy this speaker to when I have one in my TV just as good. By the way my TV is a Samsung. However if you do not have a Samsung it could meet your means or purpose to be fair.

To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: STANDARD, MUSIC, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.
You can also adjust Treble & Bass to your liking by pressing and holding the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds and then using the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume between -6 to +6.

Sounds great but Alexa is garbage

So I was super excited to get this soundbar at a great price. Connecting the soundbar to my tv was easy enough but getting it to pause what I'm watching or turn the volume up, down or mute was non-existent. I spent more than 4 hours trying to get this to work how it advertises it should. I had to download 3 different apps and regardless of what I did, I could not get the soundbar to connect properly to the features I bought it for. So after wasting hours playing around trying to make this thing work to make my life easier, I realized it shouldn't be this hard to set it up and just returned it. Waste of time.

OK but not great

Price was high enough that a subwoofer should have been included. Salesman was selling and I bought it. Purchased it 7/27/2020. My advice is don’t buy this one.

Not as good as I was expecting.

I recently purchased a Samsung Qled Q60T 58" tv and got this soundbar as well. After connecting it and while watching TV with the soundbar on, there has been numerous times the sound will become distorted with a loud buzzing noise. This would happen several times and last only a few seconds. Also, the sound is not as loud and distinguished as I expected. The sound using the TV speakers is louder. Hate i can't return it as it's after the return period. Very disappointed.

Defective sound bar

Only turning the pair off then back On would they re-synch. Started happening more frequently then it developed electrical static in the audio after a couple more days. Returned product.finally fir different brand!!

Disappointment from a Samsung Product

This is a brand we continue to go to for quality electronics. This sound bar, however, is a huge disappointment. We used it for about 2 weeks and have since unplugged it due to the terrible quality of sound it produces. Our Samung TV that it was linked to has much better audio. The bar routinely cuts out and becomes fuzzy. Very disappointed in this product.

If you are hearing static coming from your soundbar, it could be from a bad signal from the TV or a poor connection. It could also be caused by interference by mobile devices placed nearby. (1) Be sure to move phones and tablets at least 3 feet away, (2) Make sure that all cables are firmly connected to the soundbar at both ends, (3) Finally, check if the static is occurring on all sources connected to the soundbar. If it is only occurring on one source, replace the cable that the device is connected with.

Popping sounds

It sucks!
