If you’re looking to enhance your tv’s sound without bells and whistles and additional speakers or side woofers, this is the way to go. The sound bar by itself provides incredible sound. You can add speakers at anytime. Has Bluetooth and wireless features. I actually have an old school tv without wireless capability. This sound bar is hooked up through the traditional wire attachments to the tv. May be a little more expensive than others but it is worth it for quality, ease of use, Samsung’s help line and, of course, the sound.

Excellent sound for a 2020 Samsung HW-S60T Soundbar model, @ $129.99, but I purchased an "open box excellent" and it works great, no damage and saved me $$$. I had BB come and do the installation since I wanted it mounted on my wall. The tech set everything up in no time. PRO: Nice that it has built-in Alexa HUGE CON: No front display, so if you have it mounted you can't see the display on the top. Really bad choice by Samsung. I paired it with the Samsung Wireless Rear Speaker Kit SWA-8500S (see my review on these). The soundbar will also pair with Samsung's Model:SWA-9000S/ZA SKU:5754515 here are BB for $179.99 "new".

I really enjoyed trying out this speaker in multiple rooms. First off, it was easy to get connected to SmartThings and Alexa apps. I was not able to connect this to an older Samsung TV but with the Samsung Frame TV it was seamless. Mobile connecting with my phone was just like adding any other Bluetooth device which provided great sound quality while streaming music. I even used it to provide sound while watching a Football game which came through clear with no disruptions. The unit provided different modes for Sports, Music and Movies to synchronize with what you are watching. The remote is simple to use and the soundbar with respond audibly (Mode) or using a visually (Volume) depending on what you are controlling. The design is appealing with a soft covered speaker with sound coming from the top and sides. While not as powerful as my 7.1, I still thought it provided full sound through out the whole room. It can connect to a sub-woofer if you need the extra base. Looks natural when mounted under the TV or on top of an entertainment center. I would recommend this for home or apartment usage because it gives great sound by itself but also versatile if you want to use additional speakers/sub for full surround quality.

Love the sound and easy set up with the samsung frame tv. Clean, small & powerful design. Easy to mount to wall and nice to have alexa built in. I added the the subwoofer that samsung makes for it. It's an excellent wireless setup.
