Enjoying our new soundbar

Not-up-to-par Sound bar

Internet connectivity kept going out, difficult to control, no display, confusing setup, Alexa wouldn’t use apps/skills, mediocre sound, etc. In the end, we returned it and are much happier with the Samsung T650.

Overpriced SubPar Sound

For some odd reason i have to turn the Soundbar on with its own remote. So still using 2 remotes. Definitely needs a sub, i find the sound is not much better than built in tv speakers. now on to the sub, i have a nice sub but can't use due to only supporting a proprietary samsung sub. The supported Sub is $299.00 with a 6 1/2" woofer. you can buy a nice 12" Klipsch sub for 249 on clearance today. oh but it won't work with this soundbar. supported sub: Check it out at Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-wireless-subwoofer-black/6400706.p?skuId=6400706 ^Gina

Thank you for purchasing the 2020 Samsung HW-S60T All-In-One Soundbar. With two built in woofers and tweeters built into the frame, you can enjoy room-filling sound with one unit.
If you want further bass, you can add the SWA-W500 Subwoofer designed to complement the S-Series soundbars.

Waiting for job completion

Waiting for managements to assign DJ or other experienced person to complete the job. Nice guys that came last but it still needs another visit.

Don't buy open box

When I tried to use the soundbar there were times it would make a loud poping noise, I'm not sure if this was defective or what.

The good about it is that it looks really cool with its sleek design and was easy to set up and use and when it worked it sounded incredible filling the room with an incredible cinematic experience. However, I had to replace the soundbar twice after experiencing some loud static feedback from both of the soundbars I bought. I thought it was the tv at first but after getting another brand soundbar it was clear that it is not the TV. I would not recommend this particular style.

Thank you for your review of the Samsung HW-S60T Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the soundbar turning itself on after being turned off.
The Soundbar turns on by itself when another device connected to it tells it to. The solution depends on which device is causing the Soundbar to turn on.
1) For a Bluetooth source, press and hold the SOUND MODE button for 6 seconds while the Soundbar is on. Set it so that “OFF-BLUETOOTH POWER” appears on the display.
2) For an Optical source, press and hold the Left button for 6 seconds while the Soundbar is on. Set it so that “OFF-AUTO POWER LINK” appears on the display.
3) For an HDMI source, press and hold the Right button for 6 seconds while the Soundbar is on. Set it so that “OFF-ANYNET+” appears on the display.

Good for low-medium tier TVs, but not $1000+ ones

I think this would be a perfect soundbar for many TVs, just not the high-tier TVs.

To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: STANDARD, MUSIC, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.
