At first, I was skeptical because it had some bad reviews, but I should have made the switch to energy efficient much sooner. Has great capacity for a family with 3 little people who seem to change clothes every five minutes. Plus it is very quiet. Great buy and very economical.

You can put so much clothes in it to wash. It washes such large loads. Now I can wash blankets and comforters at home. I really like it.

It was noisy and danced in the laundry room when used. This one requires less water, is quieter and does the job properly. I would recommend this unit when nothing very complex and fancy is needed.

If the wash cycle is taking a very long time to complete (more than an hour to 90 minutes generally depending on the cycle), it's possible that the leveling needs to be adjusted.
