We're Deaf so can't speak to the noise level, but the machines seem to work well. The washer definitely wrings out all excess water from clothes - this means that sometimes the clothes get twisted and stuck in each other which can be a pain but not the end of the world. Pretty large capacity which I like.

I like the open design of the washer which does not have a traditionall agitator. The clothes come out clean. There are many choices for temperature , size of load and delicacy.

But it was also one of the cheaper versions. I have not had any problems with things getting clean and my husband works a dirty job. It does run for quiet a while so it is not speedy.
