Washer works great, easy to set up and easy to use

I am so pleased with my washer. I like all the features including the jingle that plays at the end of the wash!

My washer was getting to the point of replacing. Looked around for a better unit then I had. This samsung fit the bill perfect.

Based on this price, works great :) I usually prefer Lg product but this one is nice functional product!

We went between this and a slightly more expensive model. We went with this model because we already had the matching dryer. It is an HE-style washer that requires HE wash soap, but strangely enough doesn't say HE on the unit. Maybe it uses slightly more water than is allowed for HE dryers (?). We were coming from an agitator-based washer which we were perfectly happy with, so we didn't sweat it if it used a little more water. So far so good. It's washing clothes just fine. It does take longer than the agitator unit it replaced, but that's typical for HE washers. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Still early. If it holds up a year at the same level, I'd probably promote it to a 5.

Its a good washer for the price. I like that it doesnt have the agitator in the middle so I can fit more clothes. The only problem I've had is that one of the buttons got stuck causing the machine to start acting weird. I have to turn it off then back on again.

Washes as good as a front load washer, can wash more than a normal top load

I love love love this machine. Cleans like a dream. Simple not a lot of bells and whistles. Gets the job done & good.

Our ancient washer finally kicked the bucket, so when the new one was delivered we had 5 loads to wash. This washer works great and is super quiet. If you don't need a huge capacity, fancy washer with all kinds of gimmicky bells and whistles, this one is for you. Definitely recommended.

Great product, especially for the amount of features you get for the money!

I would give this washer 4 stars if it did not take so long to get through a normal cycle ... it takes quite a long time and I don't like that but it does a nice job, the clothes come out very clean.
