My 7 year old washer died and I needed a replacement quickly. Luckily, it happened around black Friday so deals were available. Only issue so far is the extra large setting has shut off on its own a couple times before the cycle finished

It seems as if this washer goes on for days. It is the slowest washer I have ever own, I literally forget that it's going. Which brings me to my next point. The tune that it plays when if finally finishes is so low that even if you were listening out for it, you would have to be almost right up on it to hear the load have completed. It does get the clothes clean, and the washer is fairly quite. It's... just... slow... Outside of that, it's worth the money. Easy to use, doesn't easily get off track if the load is too large, takes a fairly large amount of clothing as well.

It was a great washer & brand name for the price. I have just got it so i havent used it to many times but the times i have i have not had any problems. Knowing its a samsung product makes me feel better as its a name brand. Great price & it does everything you need it to.

i love the music sound when they are done, wish it was louder, so i can hear it from another room.

Didn't realize it sings to you. There is a beep melody on start up, shut down and when it's done. It's bigger then my old one and feels like it takes longer to wash stuff. The quick cycle references 38 minutes. I plan to get the matching dryer.

We purchased this washer as a replacement of a 17 year old machine and are very happy with the performance. It has all of the settings we need and does an excellent job. Love the sound at the end reminding me that the laundry is done!
