I didn't intend to buy this, but when I was leaving the store it was in the "clearance open box" isle. I needed a new washer. I did some quick research on my cell phone, talked with the staff and now it's mine! A couple of minor scratches saved me a bunch of money for a great washer.

So we have had it for a year usually do 3 loads a week just now needing to run cleaning cycle. Our muddy dog fur filled clothes come out dirty. It would be nice if the alarm was quiter or not so long.

I bought this washer along with the dryer for my mom. The delivery guys brought them on time. Put all the pieces of the machine together. Took the old washer. My mom was extremely happy. After few weeks of using it now, she is absolutely satisfied with the set. Sean

First i didn’t want to buy a top load washer without a drum, but this one is doing good so far, no complaints and the last one i return it because of the noise (different brand) , way too loud. I recommend this Samsung

It's a good washer, it just gets loud at times. At first I thought it was because the load was big and it was distributed unevenly but it'll also make the loud, rumbling/shaking noise with a small load as well. But it works great.

I red a lot of reviews and this one seemed to have the least amount of issues. Plus the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product and even the flaws, Which were addressed and fixed in a recall earlier this year.

I was really surprised how deep this washer really is! Great washer for the money. The spin cycle is a little bit louder than my other washer was but at half the price, I can put up with a little noise. The overall quality of this machine exceeds my expectation.

The Samsung washing machine is a good one. The washing machine holds a lot of laundry since it doesn’t have an agitator. The laundry comes out clean!! I got it on sale when my 5 year old Whirlpool washer went out!

This was a great product. For the price, it's unbeatable. The only flaw was dealing with the recall. We still have NOT been reimbursed by Samsung and it was a month ago

The washer seems to work great. Items are clean and the machine is relatively quiet (important because my W/D are inside the house). I could do without the "musical chimes" when the load is completed. LOL

The first load I did was fine, but after that it could not get passed the rinse cycle and ran for hours. I thought it was just part of the new "efficient" cycles, but after 2.5 hours for one load I was pretty sure this wasn't normal.

I was looking for a washer and dryer that would be at least a step above basic for a 1 person household and found these. The associate that helped was very informed and helped me to choose the combo that was just right for me

The washer works fine, it's a basic washer, with minimal electronics, the only thing I really don't care for is having the detergent dispenser on the back of the drum, why can't it be like the old ones in a front corner.

Is a excellent product for the price but I will like to open the door during the process of washing and see it, but when you unlock the door the washer stop washing. Unfortunately all new washers don't have this option.

Purchased as a set and we enjoy it. The kids love washing their clothes by themselves. The settings are good and out clothes come out clean. Only down side is the melody notification when the cycle is completed. It’s annoying

My mom had her old washing machine for over 20 years And being the best son in the world Decided to get her a new one I have the same machine but the digital version I have many Samsung appliances and they look and work great

I had 2 of these same models and neither one of them worked as they should have. The washer would never shut off and would just keep running. I had a load of laundry in the washer for 5 hours and it never shut off.

This washer is reasonably priced, looks great and seems to wash the clothes fine. But, it only fills up 3/4 of the way, even on 'super load' and if you need to throw more clothes in once the cycle has begun, you cant open the lid without stopping the cycle and it's a pain to get it all started again. It also makes an irritating churning noise when washing. I'm getting used to it, but wish it would fill up to 'super' level. Wouldn't buy it again.

I bought an open box item through bestbuy website but when i get there they couldnt find my item. However, aftet a 45 min wait they gave me a new one but paid extra 50 for the truck that i rented.

I love this washer! The price is great for what you get. It's got plenty of space since it doesn't have an agitator. The only negative thing I could say is it's a bit noisy but it doesn't bother me and what washer isn't?
