Excellent piece of hardware. Its quality / price ratio is according to the product. Its installation, start-up and operation is very quite simple. I recommend it if you can not pay for something more advanced.

Cleans clothes great. Highly recommend. The machine takes longer to wash items but come out dryer thus saving us time using our dryer.

Even though I seen the bad reviews I wasn't sure how my washer would work. So far no problems I just got the washer because it was open box. But got a matching set of appliances.

did have a slight noise problem on first one delivered, but new one was sent quite fast. everything working fine now and very quiet.

Multiple options for cycle wash good enough for daily uses, has a soft close lid so it will never make a loud noise when closing it. Was surprised with the details Samsung does on their products.

First drier I've purchased. Works well so far. Sometimes I think the sensory dry function takes longer than it should but there's also the option to just do timed dry.

I just need to have a stool to reach the bottom of the washer. I'm short. It is good because there is no wheel on the middle that sometimes it damage the clothes.

we love this washer and dryer set. it fits perfectly in its space, and it gets constant use because there are 4 adults and 5 kids in my home. it still washes just as good as the day it was installed.

Exactly as advertised, had the matching dryer bought this washer, it doesn't have a million cycles but it cleans the clothes just the same as far as I can tell.

A very well built washer with options for washing that make it a great investment. Also with a locking lid equipped with a child-lock option it is safer to have with small children in the house.

i was nervous about Samsung washing machine. But, this is a great machine. My husband has a dirty job, and it removed ALL odor, compared to my older machine. I hope it holds up. Great product

So I bought this washer after reading many reviews....I always do my research. So I’ve had the thing almost two years and the transmission has to be fixed because it isn’t engaged and won’t spin the unit. What? It’s a brand new washer basically. Seems a bit ridiculous. Thank goodness I always add geek squad to my purchases because it’s going to cost me nothing to fix.....still scratching my head about how it happened.

I would buy again! I was looking for front load, after researching pro/cons, looking at what I needed, I went with this. Be sure to read instructions as it definitely improves effectiveness.

The washer and dryer look nice and are functioning properly. There are a few features I miss from my previous machines and a few new ones I like better.

I my opinion, Samsung has come up with great appliances! From their refrigerators to their washers and dryers! I have all 3 and am very satisfied with them!

I am not happy with the customer service , this machine brand new does not work on cold temperature , i caled several time never can reach the cusytomer service

I really do like this washer the only downside is that since I am on the shorter side it is hard for me to get the clothes on the bottom of the washer.
