I chose it because it's one of the few new washers where owner can select load size and water temp manually. I know how dirty my laundry is and will choose the settings to clean it - not the darn machine! But it has too many annoying 'automatic' features. Not able to stop/interrupt one it starts. It's also Very noisy.

Posted .Hi Joe! I'd like to help you here. Make sure the hot water line is connected to the hot water intake connection and if hot water has been supplied to your unit. Also, refer to page 31 in your user's manual: https://bit.ly/2ILkA2l which tells you some tips on using the cycles for best cleaning performance.
