Will never again purchase Samsung products

I called Best Buy and because I did not purchase additional warranty, they can do nothing but send a technician for $99 but did refer me to Samsung directly. Samsung will not offer any relief. This machine was the replacement for the previous higher end Samsung machine that stopped working within 2 years and was advised by the repairman at that time it would not be worth the cost of repair . I will never again purchase a Samsung product.

Clean but loud
