      Hi Miller,

      I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It's unclear from your review what issue you were experiencing with your Washer, but if you call 800-SAMSUNG and speak with an agent, they may be able to help resolve the issue without having to have the Washer replaced since some issues can be resolved with basic troubleshooting or adjustments to the installation.
