It makes quite a bit more noise than the first model I had that was recalled. It has much fewer cycles to use, seems to favor more water and they didn't say you have to "layer the clothes in the washer leaving the blue dot at the bottom visible" or you will have an unbalanced load. You cannot run a "small load"... why, well because it becomes unbalanced. It makes no sense. I won't buy Samsung again.

Less than ZERO!!

Then Best Buy went in and charged over $1500 on my credit card, which were unauthorized charges! They charged me for yet another machine, I didn't even purchase! I spent over 30 days dealing with Best Buy only to return every machine, and go purchase at a competitor. A complete nightmare, and a huge waste of time. Sounds unbelievable?????????????????? I totally agree!

Not a good choice

I have had it a month, and if I could return it and upgrade, I would! Very noisy and squeaks, takes longer than 1.5 hrs to wash a load. My dryer dries faster than washing a load of laundry. Doesn't have many settings that I use.

Terrible quality

Samsung sent 7 different technicians out and refused to replace their product. I will never purchase another Samsung product.
