Bought it June of 2018 and today it stopped working. Releases some water but doesnt allow me to select cycle. Keeps beeping and displays all lights continuously lit except for Cold, which is flashing. Really inconvenient for this to happen right now ..

My front load washer started leaking 1 month ago and to repair it would cost more than a new one. I looked around online and found this one. It was delivered today and I just did a large load and it came out great!!! Quiet and very easy to use. I am currently washing 2 queen sized comforters now. The tub is very large which I like which means more room and no agitator. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants an easy to use washing machine. I will never buy a front load washer again. The dryer is fine though as far as front loaders go.

I've had this machine about 1 month since delivery and now experienced problem of cold water light flashing which requires a service call. It just wouldn't work without a repair. I'm disappointed in the product and sending it back.

Had to return it after two weeks. It stoped going through cycles and stayed on one cycle . It wouldn’t drain properly and wouldn’t spin completely. :(

Will not remove hair of any kind from clothing and the control board went out just under the two year mark and Samsung will do nothing about it. Don't buy this washer!

Do yourself a favor and purchase a different washer. Wire harness broke right before the year warranty was up and then again 3 months later. Nothing but aggravation

Our Kenmore died after 20 plus years and this looks to be a good replacement. We are unfamiliar with new washing machine technology, but it does seem to take longer to wash a load of clothes, but it does a great job. Great price but always get the warranty it's worth it!

Just got this washer today. I've done 5 loads already! I read the reviews here and other places. So many varying reviews, I was worried but decided to purchase it. Glad I did. Lots of room inside for comforters, or big loads. I think it's pretty quiet, quieter then others I've heard. And the load takes one hour total. The final spin cycle is great for getting rid of excess water. I'm happy with this machine and hope you will be too!

My kenmore went up. So I had to replace it. I love Samsung products. So I knew what I was going to go with name wise just had to decide which model. We just picked this up last night. I'm on load number four (I haven't had a washer in 5 days) and I am almost caught up on my laundry already. This washer is huge. One load is more like 2. I love this machine!! I did get the warranty but I get warranties on everything I buy.

I bought this washer two months ago and already has mechanical problems. Bad purchase!

The machine does not draw in hot water and this function was never tested either.

I will start by saying I have only had this washer for less than 2 years. That being said, this is the WORST washer I have ever had the displeasure of owning. Immediately following the end of the warranty (convenient), the washer completely stopped working. It would turn on but no water would fill, no cycle would begin, it would just sit there with the lights on. I had to pay a technician to come service it, and hundreds of dollars later and a new motherboard, it was working again ... for about a month. Now it is ALWAYS unbalanced and will continue to start the cycle over and over again without spinning until I finally get the unbalanced alert. It doesn't matter how big or small the load is, this is the result each time. I literally have to put soaking wet clothes into the dryer which takes an eternity to dry. One load of laundry can easily take hours to complete. I wish I could give this washer zero stars because it deserves it. I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again.

Works pretty well. This washer is better than I thought it would be for the price.

This washer is the biggest hassle to my roommates and my life. My parents bought this washer for me because I am in college and it was a decent price. Samsung is also a well known name so they thought it would last me through law school. However, they were wrong. We had the washer for about a year thinking it was the best washer ever because honestly it was a great washer when it was actually working. Then the washer stopped being great and turned into the biggest pain that three college students could ever go through. The washer did not have just one issue either it has had many. The first issue our washer had was not even running the cycle It would dispense the detergent and then just stop all together. It would not move forward to the rinse cycle so we had to start unplugging the machine every time it did this to get at least one cycle through. After this our washer stopped letting us use the hot water or warm water option. We then notice the times our washer would run we would have to manually stop it ourselves because it would get stuck on the spin cycle for hours. We even fell asleep one night and woke up to find our washer to running. Then the icing on the cake was when our washer door decided to lock up with laundry inside of it. We had our clothes stuck in the machine for a full week and there was no water in the machine so we do not know why it would lock up like this. We had a guy come out to look at it and he left with no help and did not even unlock the washer for us. The worst part of this washing machine nightmare however is Samsung themselves. They are difficult to work with and say if we can continue to troubleshoot it after our washer messes up then they will not cover anything through the warranty. So even though we have four issues alternating they will not do anything for us as long as it will run eventually after we attempt multiple things to get it to run one load before we have to start all over again. They are so difficult and there service line is not getting back to us either. We were willing to pay to get this machine fixed but they aren't even answering for us to get repairs. I will never buy a samsung product again. After reading all of the other horrible reviews posted I do not understand how they are still being sold.

washer is the best, i went to the store to buy a different brand but liked how this one is tall , a top loader and can easily wash a large sleeping bag or comforter with ease , without going off balance . I love this machine , uses hardly any detergent as well. great HE , have recommended this washer .to my family , when my dryer dies i will get the matching samsung dryer as well.

Purchased June 24, 2015. Started having problems less then a month with certain cycles where it would stop during rinse/spin with lights on. Pause and restart and had same problems. Steadily got worse where it didn't matter what cycle you started with or just a rise/ spin or spin it would always stop during the rinse/ spin or spin. Starting in August had tech out 3 times and now after 3 months of dealing with Samsung support they finally gave in and are replacing the Washer. I am trying to get store credit so I don't have to look at this same machine again, as I have lost all faith that this washer will last any length of time beyond the warranty period. That wasn't the worse part of the experience though. I realize stuff breaks, but Samsung customer service is by far the worse experience I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish I could measure my time dealing with Samsung support in hours, but all the time I have spent on the phone dealing with this problem it would equal days. That is why I would never recommend this washer or any Samsung product. I always had a high regard for their TV's but if I ever had a problem with one and had to deal their support system again I am pretty sure I might run out in front of a car as that would be more enjoyable.

Good machine. Big and simple. Washes good. Worth the money
