I don’t know how this washer has so many good reviews don’t believe them one bit! This is the loudest washer of my life! The only thing nice about it is all the sounds it makes - seriously save your money and invest in a different washer. This washer RUINS my clothes!!!! 3/4 of my clothes have holes because of this washer. How? I have no clue but there’s holes in a lot of my shirts that weren’t there before. This washer is really horrible. You know if you miss a sock that you end up dropping in the hallway and you want to add it back it, with this washer the “door” locks and you literally have to wait until it’s COMPLETELY done spinning for it to release the “door” The whole spin cycle is out of whack too. Sometimes it’ll spin for over 30 minutes like why? Just know that my previous 10+ YEARS Maytag washer does a heck of a lot better job than this one does

Washes excellent. Clothes are almost dry when its done. Much cleaner than another brand I owned.. Make sure who ever installs it, they level it completely. Worse thing for a washer is to be off level...

Constant problem with the load distribution causing the load to become unbalanced (error code dc) and revert back to spin cycle (so much for high eff). Samsung Customer Service is no help with this problem and you have to incur all the costs if over a year old! The repair number they gave me will not make a service call on a weekend either. Worst washer I ever owned!!!!

Love my Samsung washer...easy to use and great delivery plus free installation!! Now I can wash clothes in the comfort of my home!! Great price for the quality!!

Kudos to Best Buy. They just delivered our new washer. The guys were efficient with taking out the old and setting up the new. I did my research and was able to do the whole purchase and installation scheduling online. Easy peasy. There were two other stores that had the same price, but Best Buy beat them out because they made it clear online that the purchase included installation and not just delivery. They also offered removal and disposal of the old machine for 15 dollars. Very happy with the whole process.

Purchased almost a year ago and been a great washer! No issues, holds alot of laundry and love the song it plays when finished!

Bought this washing machine to replace an old one that was about 20 years old. This is a great looking and performing washing machine. We got it at a great price on sale.

I bought this machine 4 months ago and I have had to call Samsung 3 times to have this machine repaired.The washer stops during the spinning cycle,and had the electronic settings replaced as well.Samsung refuses to replace the washer and keeps sending a repairman,1 repairman told me the motor is to small.I bought the dryer to have a matching new set and I've had issues with the dryer heating and have to dry 2 or 3 times and had a repairman work on it twice.I regret buying these 2 units.BUYER BEWARE,BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND,SAMSUNG WANTS YOU TO KEEP THE DEFECTED PRODUCT INSTEAD OF MAKING THE CONSUMER HAPPY AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW UNIT! :(

Machine was delivered on April 17th, 2015. The first time the machine broke we had it less than 5 months.. We could not get an appointment for 2 weeks. Then we had to wait another week and a half for the part to come in. 1 week after it was fixed it stopped working again, and since the first ticket was already closed, we had to open a new ticket and wait again for someone to come out and fix it. Just when we thought all was good... the machine stopped working again last night! Please do not buy this machine!!

The washer is only 2 1/2 years old and i have had to have service 3 times. The first time only a month after purchasing. Samsung repaired part but washer broke 2 days after the first year was up on the warranty. Samsung did finally replace the defective part without cost to us only because we had the issue the first time. But they knew they were having issues with that part. I am going back to the old style washer. For high efficiency it took longer for a load of clothes to wash than my old washer. I think Samsung needs to stick to manufacturing TVs

bought this washer had it delivered & installed they did a test cycyle everything worked. well I put my clothes in it and for over 2 hours I tried to wash the load of cloths got 2 error codes then tried again another error code! never got to wash clothes in this washer! don't waste your money or time! now i'm waiting another week for a different name washer

We ordered this washer on February 28th and got it delivered on March 8th. I went to do a load and it wasn't working; it wouldn't get past the wash load. I called Best Buy and they connected me with Samsung. I spent 45 minutes on the phone continually explaining the problem and then they tried to get me to try and fix it. It wasn't a problem that I could fix so they told me to call Best Buy again. The earliest they were able to come and repair it was the 11th. It turns out a circuit board was broken on a brand new washer. The earliest they could fix it was the 23rd. So I got back on the phone with Best Buy and the earliest they can deliver a new washer is on the 17th. I would not recommend this washer to anyone even brand new because it could very well be broken.

If you are of short stature 5' or under, I would visit appliances in person to feel them for personal use. I am just under 5' and elderly. I have a very difficult time getting the clothes out of this washer because it is taller and deeper than my old unit. I have to stand on tip toes or decide to use a step stool. I am not pleased with the soap dispenso\err in the back f the unit where you have to remove the tray to use powder and put it back in when you use a liquid detergent.I happen to use both so I find this to be an annoyance. Also, it would be nice to disable the child proof lock. Again, if you want to add any clothes after you start the unit, you have to cancel the program and start all over again. I would prefer the lid open when I am filling the tub because I soak my clothes for awhile before washing.

Does not clean clothes. Twists the load up in knots. Constant readjusting for spin cycle. Do not purchase. I am returning!

Over a month calling, going to Best Buy, calling Samsung, making appointments, taking time off from work, doing laundry somewhere else, paying money for this, wasting my time and energy dealing with the awful customer service, both Best Buy and Samsung, not because they are rude, but very inefficient. The washer stopped working after only five months of use. They only made appointments for their convenience, Samsung sent me to a technician that does not carry the tools to fix the problem. Horrible experience. I do not recommend to buy this product.

Bought washer Feb 28, 2015. Installed first week of March. Drum gasket and bearing issues first week of June 2016 after normal use (2 adults one kid). Repair estimate $350. Nothing covered under the warranty - no parts, no labor, nothing. Average life span of a washer is 10 to 14 years (multiple sources validating statement). This one was 15 months. Customer service rep was polite but "helpless to assist." Samsung - when contacted via social media and directly - said (sic) "Sorry about that, have you tried one of our warrantied service providers? They're usually helpful." and then deleted our post explaining the issue and asking for assistance. In all seriousness, Samsung's attitude and responses made me think they were laughing at me and all the way to the bank. This was an expensive mistake and not one I would suggest others make.

I love the song it plays when a load is complete and how efficient and gentle it is when cleaning my clothes. It's a compact size and fits into my tiny laundry room.

At first I was extremely happy with the product, but with less than 3 month use it broke down. Still under MFG warranty, dealing with them directly can be daunting. Motor was changed but still not working, however Samsung's policy is that it must be service 3 times before they can come up with a solution. WTH...if the motor was changed, what else can be the issue that the drum doesn't oscillate?! Will never buy Samsung laundry again.
