Easier to operate than I thought. Very efficient. Love the self cleaning option. Tube handles comforters, blankets and big items very well and come out clean.

Nothing wrong so far despite all of the negative reviews saying it's loud or breaks down quickly. I've had it for about two weeks now so maybe that isn't enough time for something to break. It's not as loud as some say, I mean it is a washer so there is some noise during the cycle change. It has a lot of room and that makes me glad that I bought something with 4 cubic ft. It does take awhile to finish a cycle but that's because it's a high efficiency washer- it tries to do more with less water so the timing is long.

So far so good. Had this for near a month now and think the product was a good value buy. Not the kind of person to blow a lot of dough on a washer/dryer, but don't want to buy junk either. Therefore this was perfect for my needs. Also is plenty big for larger loads

I saw a few reviews that said washer took a long time to wash, but I haven't noticed it. The container is so big, and I got the smallest version of the washer... I could not be happier with this purchase!

I've had my new Samsung washer about a month now, and love it. It is easy to use, quiet, and cleans well. So far so good!

I needed a new washing machine more capacity and wanted to save money on power and water. The laundry are is very small so a front loading would not work. This unit works great it has cut my weekly washing loads from 5-6 to 2-3.

I really love this machine. The fact that there is no center rod makes spinning clothes and towels pleasant..no unwrapping towels from the center rod. This machine has a huge capacity, which has cut down the umber of loads I use.

First off, I love that its drum is open without anything in the middle. I can now wash comforters and other big loads without fear of damage. Easy to operate with its push buttons. Quiet operation, except when you have uneven load, of course. I love the drawer dispenser for liquid detergent, even though I mostly use pods detergent. Easy to operate.

The washer holds a lot of clothing. Bit does bounce around, so you may need to find a way to stabilize it.

Bought the washer for my mother who is 76 years old. Did not want a hard to use washer and this one was easy for her to use. So far, she is happy with her new washer.

love the classic style top load style! The tub is so spacious and can fit a huge load of clothes. The rinse and spin cycle is longer than previous machines I've used but it works great.

I am a first time purchaser of brand new appliances! I shopped around for weeks before finally choosing this model. It was a great price and immaculate space compared to your average washer. Doesn't have the post in the middle of drum, which I love! Washing clothes has become so easy, pleasant, and less time consuming! It's very quiet, has lots of options and is easy to operate!

After reading reviews online I decided to go with this Samsung washer and the matching dryer. Many users noted that the wash cycle takes about an hour and this has been true for all of my laundry loads thus far. It handled delicate items, large sheeting, and typical work clothes. At the end of each wash the clothes were barely damp and made drying an extremely short process.

It is relatively quiet and cleans well. It is impossible to put liquid detergent in the container without it spilling into the tub.

the cycle is a little longer than my former washer, but it works so well that my dryer time is less (and we all know that it is the dryer that brings up the electric bill)
