Does a great job at cleaning clothes and in good time. The machine can become unbalanced fairly easy. Still a great machine.

I had this washer delivered by Geek Squad and was pleased with their quick and clean installation. (They also took away my old busted washer.) I found that loads sometimes took a VERY long time--2 hours or more--so I called Geek Squad again, suspecting something was wrong. It was. The machine spins the drum repeatedly, attempting to balance the load. If it doesn't get the result it wants, it can keep doing these short, quick spins FOREVER. But Samsung is aware of this problem and was able to update/fix the computer for me. Geek Squad did it for free--again, very quickly. Loads have not taken so long since.

This machine is too deep for my short arms and it runs too long. Now I wash everything on the quick setting. It hates small loads and bangs around. Even the manual suggests adding towels to a small load. Wish I had read more about this washer. It would be great for a typical family, but for just one person, it's too much capacity. However, it gets 4 stars because it really gets clothes clean.

It was working great for 2 months and then suddenly stopped working. I am currently dealing with Samsung to see if they will fix it as I've only been using it for 2 months! Will update if possible once i get the issue resolved to advise about Samsungs customer service. Tip: Get the geeksquad insurance as they seem to be easier to work with as they are local.

Reasonable price and very quiet washer. Our laundry room is very small but this fit pretty well. Top loader door does not stay up on its own, in the store it would stay up.

I was skeptical from some of the reviews but I wanted to try a agitaor less washer. I heard yournclothes dont get as clean blah blah. So i figure if I didnt like it i could always return it to best buy. Well after doing a weeks worth of laundry I have to say not bad. In so old fashion to being able to control the machine loke washing my whites twice but since this is a complete cycle type washer that would be my only fall back but now i just wash them on a quick wash if i wanted them be wash twice. The ONLY con i have is the lock on the door i so wish there was a way to disable it.

This is a good washer. I like the soft close lid. Its is very quite and playes a little tune when its done.

My last washer was very noisy but this one isn't. It washes clothes well. It is sort of deep for me cause I am short but I have it figured out.

it's a good washer but its slow. it takes about 80 minutes for a load.

Washers works great, but it takes a very long time to complete each load! It just keeps spinning!!!

We bought this Samsung - 4.0 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer in white with a intention that will save water as well electricity. We used it and we are happy about it. Before using it, read the manual for the guidance and this helps. Only issue is it locks the door when the machine starts for safety purpose. But there are always clothes to add after we start the machine. However we are happy with the purchase.

Very easy to use and very big tub. No agitator in the middle makes for a bigger load.

Love it! The only problem I had was the dispenser didn't come complete, but the store ordered me a replacement part. It sings a lovely little song when the load is done!

This is a good entry model. Not too expensive but not too cheap either. Samsung is one of the top brands currently for washers and dryers.

stuff's getting dry with the dryer. lovin it! always feels clean on the inside, and the clothes are dry when they come out to the outside. ba dum bum ba dum, lovin it!

Bought for my granddaughter. I have an expensive washer that doesn't perform any better. When I require a new one, I'll replace it with this model. I am impressed!

I bought this for my son as a housewarming gift....he does construction work and it cleans his clothes wonderfully.... Big enough for his work coats and coveralls .

Awesome washer! Cleans the clothes better than I'd hoped. Big capacity tub. I love the electronic control board. Nice little tones to let you know the load is done. Lots of choices on temperature and load size. Child lock is a great feature too. Nice design on the washer from the lid to sides. Sleek design. The washer top is plastic but the rest is metal. Extremely pleased with my purchase!
