Very big wash drum(i fit a queen comforter in it) washes clothes great. Wash cycles are a little longer than I’m used to, wish it had a count down timer for the cycles but that’s minor!

I like the auto fill feature that uses the correct amount of water for the size of load. It’s also much quieter than my old one.

Samsung washers are no different. Leaders in there business. The surprise and I know this sounds ridiculous but I would have never imagined that they would create a machine that would alert you with a song upon completion of a wash load. Simply ingenious. They washer does an incredible job. It's quite and has a anti-vibration design. A very well thought out designed washing machine. I highly recommend this product. Thanks for all your hard work.

Huge capacity but long cycles.

Biggest pro: huge capacity. However, the wash cycles are SO LONG! Quick wash is about an hour. Also I don’t like that the softener dispenser requires the fabric softener to be diluted with water every time you use fabric softener.
