I love my new washer, Is so easy to run, It almost knows what you need.

Perfect washer! This is the best washer I have ever owned. A lot of flexibility with water temperatures to different cycles. The washers takes a bit of time before it adds the water. I'm a little impatient at times, had to read the direction book! Seems it goes through a cycle check before adding water. Now, I will be able to get the big comforters clean at home. Samsung has made other excellent products, I'm looking forward to this washer lasting many years. It is tall, so measure the upper cabinet height, then measure the washer with the lid open. I am getting ready to remodel my laundry room, I may not install an upper cabinet.

I love my new washer and dryer!!! It exceeded my expectations and more. It’s huge, huge enough to wash comforters and extra large loads. No complaints.

This Samsung washer does a great job of getting clothes clean. I love the place where you put fabric softener in the active wave agitator.

It is a washer, and it washes our clothes well. No fancy features to speak of, but it is doing its job well. Solid washer. My only gripe is that selecting your preferred water level is annoying since the selection process is one way, i.e. if you wanted to select "HIGH" and missed it, you have to go all the way back around.

Really a decent washer. Love all the options but still a simple washer. Didn’t want a bunch of bells and whistles but has great options for many different applications.

So far, this washer has been amazing. Love that we have the agitator again. It really seems to wash the clothes more thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I like how it does the washing of the clothes. The washer itself leaves the clothes too wet for drying. The washer is on the loud side.

I am really satisfied with this washing machine. it gets my clothes clean and it has a nice pleasant little song it plays when it is finished.

Great washer with excellent performance. Soft close lid is a nice feature. This unit is also available without a center agitator.

Love this washer....it's simple to use and doesn't have too many options. We found so many machines ..that would be complicated for my 78 year old mother to use.

Boy did I wait too long for an upgrade. Love this machine, my clothes are so much more clean and a nice little jingle let’s me know the cycle is done.
