It does a great job of agitating the clothes. I've learned I need the second setting on the water level area to be sure my small loads have enough water. I also learned that I like a second rinse, so I set the machine on a second rinse. I am amazed at how deep the tub is. Sometimes I do a double bend to reach all the clothes. : )

It cleans and spins very thoroughly. The only thing I really miss (since we don't have a sink in our laundry area) is not having a spray feature that I can use to instantly wash the soap off my fingertips or dilute the fabric softener. Oops! gotta go, now. The washer is playing my tune.

In this time, I've been extremely happy with it. I work in the veterinary field and my husband works at a factory and we haven't had any issues with stains.

We do a lot of laundry so the self-clean seems to prompt quite often (every 20 loads). The normal cycle is a bit longer than previous machines we have had.

When it fills up with water its a bit noisey but used to it. Thats the only thing that may be wrong. Its also taller than a regular washing machine so if your short, youll need a stool to get clothes from bottom of washer. Good washing machine. One thing I didnt read that suprised me is there is a little songe thats plays once the machine is done.
