Great Value Washer

I gets the job done and plays the "icecream truck" song at the end of each wash! Only negative is that the drum is very deep, so reaching down to the bottom of the washer to remove clothes can be challenging for those of us who are "under-tall"!

Had a blanket that was off balance in spin cycle, no way to unlock to reposition for final spin. only way to unlock was to turn off, then once repositioned turned it back on and it went to beginning of wash cycle. The rinse and spin option is actually rinse rinse rinse rinse spin. No way of being able to rinse out detergent cup because when it adds water the lid is locked. Did I mention it takes an hour for one load????

They were bigger than my old set which I was happy about. The delivery and set up guys were extremely nice and helpful. They called to let me know about what time they would be here. I was very happy with the whole experience.
