Works excellent. Bought for the agitator specifically.

Washer has worked out well though initial installation was wrong and it had to be replaced.

I love my new washer… wanted the platinum color but it wasn’t going to be a available for a month. I needed it before then so I took the white one but I still love it as well

The biggest thing we needed was a light weight lid and this one is perfect for that. As it turns out it seems to cycle differently than what we were used to but this ones seems to spin more water out of the clothes than the old washer and must be saving us on dryer time.

This was a replacement washer for a rental property. We always purchase Samsung W/Ds for our rentals. They have a good track record with us, seldom require service, and last a good amount of time despite heavy wear and tear. When you can find them at a good price, it's a no-brainer to make the purchase.

Is easy to used and work faster. Need says love it.

OMG I can't believe how much better this works than my previous Maytag efficiency washer. This actually fills up and having an agitator definitely cleans better. Works great!!!

Excellent Washer! Gets the clothes clean and spins clothes to almost dry. Excellent even after 2 years of heavy use. No bad smells. Great Product! Insignia always delivers!

We purchased this washer for our tenants, and as usual the delivery team was in contact with us re: time of delivery and installation was very quick. This was one of several purchases for our home or rentals, and we've always been happy with the service. The in store sales people are great too.

It was a little difficult at first to operate because I was coming from a washing machine that was 30+ years old. It works great.

Purchased as part of a package, when I was looking for a dryer. It replaced an old Westinghouse washer, and even though basic by today's standards, offers a varied range of washing cycles. Stainless steel tub, and great agitation makes wash thorough and efficient. Very pleased with this purchase

I debated about this purchase. However, after extensively research and reading reviews I am so happy about my recent purchase.

Very pleased with this product. No problems at all. My only gripe is about the sound it makes when the cycle is complete. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars.

I purchased this washer ans its matchinh dryer to replaxe an older set. Best decision ever made. One feature I like is the bedding cycle as we have a king size bed....there's still room of you want to add to the load.

Easy to use and quality is great so far. Our first washer and we're not disappointed. My only complaint is that it may be a little loud when filling up with water, but I'm happy with the final clean product.

Great Purchase!!! Glad I made my decision to purchasing this washer. It do make noise but I do not have a separate laundry room to place it in. It do what it need to be done.

Awesome machine works exactly how I need it too. The little melody tone is makes to let you know that your wash cycle has completed was an added bonus that I did not expect but overall I highly recommend this product

Good washer my only complaint would be it shakes the clothes before filling and the end ofcycle is not able tobe shut off
