Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hope you have a lot of money for your water bill and time because this washer on quick wash which is a stage down from normal probably takes an hour and a half to wash a load of clothes. Also the top drawer locks automatically so you can’t open the lid and add fabric softener in the rinse cycle, you have to do it preload make sure you water down your fabric softer or it will get all clumped up in the reservoir. I would never buy this washer again.
