The agitator and it’s from putting softener in it. Consumer Energy repairman said never buy Samsung or LG washers. This is a problem with both brands he sees it weekly. Samsung has 1 year warranty go figure I have had it 1 year 3 months.

Unless one is happy with cold and cool water washing only, even when set to HOT, save your money. Their repair department has told me that I should not expect to wash with HOT WATER and that I "don't need it". Yes, Samsung has some very rude people working for them! Why then put an option for hot? The maximum in-tub water temperature that I have measured is less than 80 degrees F (temp at tap/inlet is 130 degrees F). I find this absurd, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. NO MORE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS, of any kind, for me! SAMSUNG AND BEST BUY, you have lost a customer. I'll chalk it up to live and learn.
