    Had to have this replaced twice . First one sounding like a terrible grinding noise . Second one would stop in the middle of cycles.

    Installation by Best Buy was terrible!

    I like the washing machine well enough, but the installation by Best Buy was terrible! The hot and cold water lines were hooked up incorrectly (which I discovered when I washed a load of cold water clothes)! According to the manual they should have filled the tub with water to check that it was level - this was not done! Also had problems with dryer installation. Just like the washing machine, they never leveled it, so it tilted like a teeter totter.

    The machine works properly the way it was designed. However, it takes all control away from the operator. My wife can’t stand the weak agitation process. If you want to make changes in the settings after the process starts, it spins all the soap and water out and you have to start over. Not designed to operate with lid open. You can’t see if the water is the right level or temperature. If she could return it she sure would.

    This washer was supposed to be a upgrade to the one I purchased since the matching dryer was discontinued... well it has the dial in the middle. There is no compartment for the detergent you just dump it in the washer. ( I will possibly start using pods. its really smaller than the one i purchased six months ago. i hate this washer, had it delivered yesterday and took 5 hrs ro get the door unlocked!

    Terrible it takes over a hour to wash on normal! Best buy refuse to let me exchange it cause i had it 20 days.

    I admit that I bought this online without physically seeing the machine. So I own up to my mistake. This is washing machine is not user friendly at all. You can't see how much water is in the machine, or the temperature, because the door has to be closed in order for it it fill up. If you want to change your selection from delicates to normal, it EMPTIES out all your water and starts over. It has no way of showing you how much time is left. It could be 30 minutes or 2 minutes. Maybe this is the way of the future, but I am very unhappy with this purchase.

    Awful, don’t buy this washer. 2 months and my clothes are getting abused, showing serious wear. Clothes come out tied in knots. I’ve never seen something so bad. Absolutely the worst washer I’ve ever owned and it can’t be returned now, I’m stuck. Don’t waste your money

    This washer started giving us problems after having it for only 1 year and a few months. It stops during the spin cycle. A Geek Squad rep came out and said it's probably the suspension rods. Waiting on the repair now. The repair cost is ridiculous $389 which includes $100 for them coming out, $150 for the repair + parts. We only paid a little more than $500 for the machine. Do not buy this piece of crap from Samsung or Best Buy. My last washing machine last for more than 20 years. Never had any issues.

    This washer is a piece of junk. Just got a 2 weeks ago and just finally did load of laundry. The washer won't stop spinning. It's stuck on spinning cycle. Best best won't take it back because I have a warranty. Who want a brand new 600 dollar washer that's 2 weeks old having to be repaired. Best buys needs to stick by there 30 day no questions ask policy. Stay away from this washer it has terrible repair problems from new out of box

    Bad: Cannot disable long chime at the end of cycle

    I can't believe they made a machine that you cannot turn the signal off! This is a big problem. The chime will wake people up in the next room. I called the manufacturer, and they said there is no way to turn the chime off. It is long and it repeats. Terrible.

    WARNING!! NO WAY TO TURN OFF CHIME

    I think it should be made very clear that you CAN NOT turn off the chime on this model. Absolutely ridiculous. It's loud and the chime at the end lasts at least 10 seconds. The only warning was buried in the reviews and I did not see that until I was researching how to turn it off. Samsung confirmed you cannot mute this model. POOR DESIGN. I'm so unhappy with our purchase for this reason.
