    DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. It was just ok for the first year, but we now notice that we have significant stains on our clothes after washing them. The Best buy tech suspects that there is a leak with transmission which isn't covered under warranty anymore. Less money to buy a new machine. This is the 2nd Samsung product that I have had problems with! NEVER AGAIN.

    It broke in about 3 weeks of install. Was told at time of delivery it was guaranteed 30 days but obviously that’s not correct since Best Buy is 15 days. Customer Service very hard to deal with. I m extremely upset with everything

    Hate this washer. Clothes don’t always come out clean. No hot water cycle. Cycle takes forever.

    Bad samsung washers

    Do not buy this samsung washer. Our first one started leaking water 30 days after purchase, now the second unit they bought is doing the same thing on the 2nd load. Now i have to fight too get a refund

    Two years late on the review. Works fine until today when I get an error code of Hot and Low. Would of loved the manual to read this but my installers two years ago washed my manual! Turns out it means to check my hot and cold intake. I followed the lines and even tested the spouts they are connected. The installers had them backwards! Im surprised Ive had no issues until today!

    Will stop working shortly over a year of having it. The extended heel side protection is not worth it. They do not fix it.

    I bought this item without seeing it. When I got it home, it was dirty. The unit was used and not sanitized. I was disappointed.

    Only lasted around 16 months and then broke.

    A little over a year and this washer broke. Old one lasted at least 10. Disappointed in Samsung. Only one year in parts and labor from manufacture warranty. This was a waste of money.

    got new, broken latch have to wait for replacement after waiting a month to get. do not recommend, will try to get a different brand, the matching washer came not working at all. washer with no lid latch and a dryer with no heat, not impressed

    When this was delivered it was dropped on the back porch even though someone was in the house. Before leaving, the delivery truck "dumped" an old Tv on the front yard and left. The neighbors witnessed this and we need someone to come back and get it. This was very sneaky and dishonest since they thought no one was home. This occurred on June 24th at the delivery address listed in New Jersey. This Samsung washer was purchased as a wedding gift and this is how they were treated.

    Not great. I’ve had it a little bit more than a month and I’ve had to contact Samsung already. How their customer service reps handle it remains to be seen. I’ll update this review as I go. Do yourself a huge favor and get Maytag or an LG.

    The worst Samsung I’ve ever owned. The quick wash is about 45 minutes. The machine is very slow and loud. Ed can barely wash linens and quilts. I’ve had this for under a year and I’m already ready to replace it
