    I made my purchase May 2021. Washer arrived as expected. It has been 18 months as of today with no issues.

    Literally the day before i was selling it, the trash machine stopped draining. Impossible to open up & get unclogged.

    Don't buy this washer

    This washer does not work. We have not been able to wash 1 item of clothing to this day. Bestbuy was supposed to send someone to reprogram it. So that we could use it but no one came.

    Bought brand new but there is a defect on the control board. Dissapointed and Best buy did not replace and it is only 22 days old.

    Had issues with the Samsung washer 2 weeks after it was delivered. Water would not stop filling the drum and would over fill.

    Worked for a month and died. The dryer had to have the board replaced upon arriving. So disappointed and no help.

    Best buy sold a bad machine. Samsung wont fix it, and i cant get ahold of anyone to fix it.
