Just 3 months with it . Now isn’t working. Waste money .

This is the second one we’ve received no soft closure top.

Returned because it doesnt have a soap dispenser and it left my clothes stained with soap.

It Waste a lot of water not strong enough for the price

Bestbuy states that product does not come with necessary equipment to be able to use product.

Heating coil has went out twice in a 1.5 years. Dryers should last longer. Shopping for a replacement.

I am still unsure about this product the initial one that was delivered to be flooded my basement I am still waiting on Best Buy to make it right 100%.

I have had this washer for a couple of years, and it is the best I've ever had. Love the gentle agitator and very quiet operation. I have never been one to overload a washing machine, so load size is great for us. I even like the happy song when it finishes the cycle!

I bought this top-load, agitator washer to replace a fancy front-load machine that had cost me over twice a much. This "old school" agitator-style machine cleans better and is much quicker! I love that I can control the water level and temperature (on most cycles). It is unfortunate that the lid locks throughout the wash cycle making it hard to see what's going on. My unit had a deep dent at the back of the case. It did not affect operation and can't be seen once installed, so I did not return the unit. There was no matching damage to the packing material; so the dent was made during manufacturing, not shipping. This doesn't give me confidence in the workmanship or quality control and might not bode well for the durability of the unit, but so far it works fine.

works great, super quiet, easy to use, some times i forget its even running. id recommend this model if you are looking for something simple to use and energy efficient.

I love this washing machine. It is quieter than my previous machine and does a great job cleaning our laundry. The first time I used it I was surprised to hear a happy little tune playing when the load was finished.

This was an excellent washing machine to start with. I purchased in June 2021. Now it will not complete a cycle, It gets stuck on spin cycle and the spin cycle keeps restarting. During the spin cycle, the machine shakes even with minimal load in the machine. The warranty of course expires right before issues start. The repair price was at minimum going to be around $300.

I love this washer! It took me awhile to figure out how to operate it and I still don't know how to silence the alarms, but they are pleasant sounds. Clothes get clean and fresh.

I am very pleased with this washer! It is very efficient and only uses the least amount of water to wash your caring loads of laundry! My clothes have never looked or smelled cleaner than they do since I bought this Samsung washer from Best Buy!

The machine is nice and straightforward. It is really nice and somewhat quiet. I would recommend it.

Worked great for 3.5 years until 2 weeks ago when it all of a sudden stopped mid cycle during spin cycle. I noticed flashing lights and an electrical burning smell. Turned the machine off and on again and attempted to run the cycle again and heard only a click-no motion or other noise from the machine and all of the display lights flashing. We are a household of 2 adults and rarely run large loads with heavy duty items. Basically maybe 4 loads per week average. Contacted Samsung as this appears to be a motor issue which would be covered for 5 years under the warranty. After long holds with Samsung/run around and much back and forth over a period of days we finally got an appointment after almost 2 weeks. Authorized techs came out and looked at the machine and said we would be notified of their decision. Get an emailed canned generic response back that they find “no mechanical defect” with the washer. It still doesn’t work and they didn’t give us any indication of what is wrong with the machine to prove that it is not the motor or a covered part. I would have at least expected that much. If the machine doesn’t agitate/spin I have a hard time believing it’s not a failed motor that should have been covered. I have looked up reviews of many others having horrible experiences with Samsung warranty customer service. It seems they just wear you down and give you the run around hoping you just give up because of the hassle of going to a laundromat or being out of your appliance for several weeks. I would at minimum have expected some explanation of what is wrong with the machine to prove that it is not a motor defect. I could maybe possibly even accept it. So I guess we will call a local appliance repair and won’t be surprised if they tell me that it’s the motor. And depending on how much the repair is may end up just buying a different machine, which of course will be a different manufacturer as I will never buy another Samsung product again.

Our old Kenmore finally broke. Bought this one because of a price deal and fast delivery and installation. It is spacious, quiet, efficient, and has a lovely chime sound when complete. It doesn’t look fancy, but it’s pleasant to use. Good purchase, great installation.

Works very good and cleans better then the Maytag I replaced. I do not like that the water setting always defaults to “warm” and not to “cold”. You have always remember to reset the temp to cold before closing the lid.

This washer was great the first few years with little to no issues. Then the little issues such as not finishing a wash and spin cycle, causing constant beeping noise and basically freezing in the middle of a cycle happened more and more until the washer was not even being operable. I saw a few reviews like this before purchasing the washer but i thought maybe those customers were just getting a few lemons. I suggest you go on youtube and you will see a bunch of people with the same issue with the washer not spinning, constantly beeping and freezing in the middle of a cycle. Calling best buy for assistance if im still within a warranty and hopefuly they can fix it or ill need to pay out of pocket and hire a techninician to get it fixed. Frustarting, annoying, disappointing and a huge inconvenience !!! Do NOT purchase this washer spend a little extra and get something more dependable that you can rely on. Also for context I’ve had the washer for 3-4 years. My last wahser lasted me 8 years with no problems ever until it hit the end of its life span.
