Great washer, very quiet and it is great quality. It has a lot of room in it and you can choose the water setting so it saves water. I would highly recommend this washer.

Our delivery guys, Nicholas and Andy went over and above installing our Samsung Washer and Dryer. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. They are an asset to Best Buy. Every dryer I've owned had a door that opened downward. The door on this dryer opened side to side. Nicholas asked if I would prefer to have the door open facing the washing machine. I am extremely grateful that he mentioned this option to me. He changed the dryer opening door facing the washing machine. I am very pleased with my new Samsung Washer and Dryer and we are very pleased with Nicholas and Andy doing a remarkable job.

So far so good. No issues. Might be basic, but it does the job. No complaints.

Seems to be a good washer Machine , down side that you can just add fabric softener only in deep cycle to me sound weird because what happen if I had to wash a bedding cover or heavy duty cycle , the clothes do not smell and I use a expensive detergent and fabric softener to me that default settings waste to much water they (Samsung ) needs put a automatic water level detection

Replacing the previous model they did away with the tray up top that got kinda messy The last one made it seven years of real rough usage. I’m sure I’ll get at least that out of this one.

CAUTION!! Stay clear of any Samsung too load machine. These machines are notorious for poor performance and excessive mold build up that cannot be cleaned. They will leave your laundry covered in mold particles and smelling bad. No matter how many self clean cycles or cleaning agents you use, this issue will not go away. shock went our after only a few years repair $589 Samsung is a waste. had a Kenmore prior lasted 20 years. I know things are not made as well now day but 2 year or right after warranty ends and then $589 so you have to buy a new washer every 2 years with Samsung cause repair makes no since:( BUYER BEWARE

I got this washing machine October 2021 just wanting to replace the one I had. And for the price I couldn’t resist. Here I am March 2024 and the machine only completes a cycle when I run it on normal any other cycle I run it stops in the middle. The repairman I had come out quoted me over $300 just for the part (control board) that I need. Its a shame because I absolutely loved it when I first got it but unfortunately these companies are not making these appliances for longevity anymore. I really was better off repairing my old machine.

I upgrade my old washer to this one, because it was a new model. I absolutely hate it!!!! It doesn’t wash the garments right even though the tub is huge& not overloaded. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to wash as well and the quick wash only agitates for 7 minutes which is completely useless.

Really hate this Samsung washing machine. Clothes constantly get stuck to the agitator and either ruin my clothes or prompts the machine to stop even though its a small load. I can’t even wash one pillow in there without issues. Samsung quality continues to decline and will definitely be wary purchasing from this brand again. They used to be a lot more reliable.

I bought this new 3 years ago. Of course, warranty was up after 1 year. The suspension rods all went out and I couldn't even do one load of laundry without it refilling again and again and again for hours. Not to mention, it sounded like a car wreck it was banging so much. Samsung quoted $520 to repair, which is more than what I paid for it new. Not worth it.

Bought this washer exactly 3yrs ago. Sadly it did not last. What we thought was just a latch problem, turned out to be a problem with the board. He told me that the washers from this generation just aren’t built to last. He said even if he replaced it with a new board for about 300$ including labor, he doesn’t guarantee it’ll last over 2yrs.
